We bought a high-riser, and 2 full sized beds when we relocated to Baltimore. The beds are so comfortable and have remained so 3 years later...so we bought 2 more beds for our guest room and have only heard positive reviews so far. Thank you so much!

Ben and his associate were WONDERFUL to deal with. I have a antique bed, and I needed a custom made mattress and box spring for it. I went to one place, and they were going to charge me $4,000 for the top mattress and box spring. Ben's price was around $1,000 for both. He made sure that I received the items on my day off. His deliveryman was very nice. I will definitely use this company in the future!

After bringing it home and using it my guest told me how comfortable the mattress was. I was so glad that it was comfortable but later when I had some time I went on line to price check and indeed the price was very competitive. Recently when I needed to replace my child's mattress I knew where to go and indeed was again very happy with my choice.

Our 14-year-old memory foam king mattress - which we purchased from a dealer which is no longer in business - had developed depressions which resulted in back pain. It was time for a new mattress. My wife and I visited Sleeptime on the basis of excellent reviews on Angie's List and elsewhere. We visited on a Sunday afternoon and were assisted by Mordecai and the owner, Binyomin. Both of them took their time to listen to our needs and concerns. They recommended several mattresses based on what they heard. We took our time lying on each mattress (we had brought along our regular pillows, which I recommend doing) for about 10 minutes, and were encouraged to do so. At NO TIME was there any pressure to hurry along or purchase any particular product. Mordecai promptly answered every question we asked. We finally narrowed our choice to 2 mattresses but were not sure we needed new box springs / foundations. Unlike many mattress stores, there was NO PRESSURE to purchase new box springs and Mordecai said not doing so would NOT affect the mattress warranty. His main concern was to be sure our current box springs were in good condition. I was pretty sure they were, but wanted to check to be sure. We took a business card - on which Mordecai wrote the names of the mattresses we were interested in - and returned home. We immediately checked our box springs and found them to be in good shape. I called Sleeptime, talked to Binyomin and Mordecai, and placed the order. We settled on a mutually agreeable delivery date. Mordecai said he would e-mail the paid invoice. The following day I had not received the invoice so I called Sleeptime. Binyomin said there had been a problem with my e-mail address. That was quickly fixed that and I received the invoice. Later in the week, there was a small surprise with delivery. Binyomin called me a few days before the scheduled delivery saying the mattress had arrived and would I like it delivered. I pointed out the desired date was already on the invoice, so delivery was left for the scheduled day. Mordecai had told me all deliveries are in the afternoon and the delivery crew would call approximately 20 minutes before arriving. On delivery day, I did receive a call, but it was when the Sleeptime truck was already outside! Luckily, we were ready for delivery. The crew, one younger and one older man, had some trouble getting our old mattress downstairs and outside even though we have double-wide entry doors. The same was true with getting the new mattress up to the bedroom. During the delivery a door wreath was knocked off one door but there was no damage. I actually had some concerns about whether the older gentleman was in good enough physical condition to be doing this type of work: king mattresses are HEAVY. At any rate, the mattress was finally placed and the crew left. The new mattress is a BIG improvement over the old one and it cost quite a bit less than what we paid for the old mattress in 2002. We are both sleeping well and are very happy with the new mattress. The only unknown is whether the mattress will continue to provide good support for its expected 8 to 10 year lifespan. Sleeptime proactively reached out to me after the sale encouraging me to contact them with any concerns, which I will do if I have any problems.

Service at the door was great. Took 91 year old mom to get a new bed. The owner was very patient and helpful in assisting us in gething a bed that would be best. Price was reasonable and they had a good selection and a price range that fit any need. Quality beds at good prices. Bedding was delivered as promised.
