Description of Work: Simms Construction was the general contractor for my kitchen remodeling. All work was performed to the highest standards. He worked longer hours than expected when things needed to get done. Attention to detail and clear communication was a huge plus. very reliable and honest about what needs to get done and what is nice to get done. Work was completed earlier than estimated time which was a huge, unexpected surprise.
