There isn't much else to say other than HIRE this shipman painting for your project! I purchase homes that i later turn into rental homes as i move around the country. I have hired painters to refresh a home and leave it at a baseline upon my departure. This organization has provided some of the best work and flexibility. Excellent work, arrived when they said they would, good communication on the work, etc. I highly recommend them! They do more than just painting too!!

Eric and his team were outstanding. They estimated a great price, did the work in the time they said, and were sending me pictures each day of the progress. They left the place clean, matched the paint perfectly, and even took on a little side carpentry job that wasn t on the initial plan. I would use shipman painting again for any drywall work I need done!

I hired shipman painting to repaint my entire house an area of 5000 soft, including ceiling and trimming. They did a fantastic job, they first did the patching and repairing of walls (fixed every crack and dents) then applied primer where necessary and two coats of paint every where. Absolutely no cutting of corners, Erick was there guiding and supervising the entire project at every step, he accommodate many of our modifications requests during this project and made sure we were fully satisfied. We are so please with him that I hired him for three other projects, including the remodeling of the entire two bedroom condominium, installation of two windows in my personal residence and addition of a patio and walk way. Erick is very professional and a reliable contractor, every job he did for me has been on budget and on time except when due to inclement weather and license delays by the permitting process. I found him to be the best contractor in this area, and with 6 rental units I have hired plenty. He deliver all of our projects on the budget as contracted.

Eric Shipman was extremely efficient in getting in touch with me about the work that needed to be done, even though it was a small job. He scheduled the job right away and did a great job on our drywall repair and hanging a heavy mirror for us. Service was very friendly and very competent. Will hire again for net repair or renovation!

Mr. Shipman was very flexible despite some scheduling rearrangements, quoted me a price that I felt good about, and offered an efficient repair plan for two drywall areas that involved minimal disruption and were completed within 2.5 hours. I appreciated all of that. I would recommend this company.

Fast, friendly and very competent. Got the drywall patching done in a couple of hours. Eric was very careful, provided all the cover-ups and cleaned up everything.

Eric and his team did a great job with the interior of our house. They go to great lengths to protect furniture and carpets. They also clean up everything! We have textured ceilings in need of repair and painting. They did flawless work on the breakfast are ceiling, but I wasn’t quite satisfied with the work on the family room ceiling. Never fear, Eric took a look and agreed it needed to be done again. Even after I had paid for the job, he and his team came back and made it perfect. No extra charge. I would recommend Shipman painting to anyone I know. Great work!

Eric and his crew went above and beyond what was expected. They showed up on time everyday and were completely professional. There was another issue that showed up, coincidently, in the basement , that Eric quoted and completed under quote. I can't say enough positive things about this company. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and worked very hard to meet the deadline.

Great quality work. Owner was very responsive to requests. Easy to schedule my work. I scheduled the following week after quote. Only knock was that I wanted two colors in one room and told them during walkthrough but wasn’t price that way. I had to pay a small upgrade fee for two tones.

We had some trim work done. Eric and Benjamin were very respectful and caring while working in our home. Easy to work with and committed to our satisfaction. We will hire them again.
