+ 0 moreWe have used his services twice and I would definitely use him again in the future. Scheduling is easy, he was able to come sooner but I needed a date farther out. Eric is really good about getting you an appointment as soon as possible and he also works on Saturdays.
Description of Work: Eric did carpet cleaning and furniture cleaning. He cleaned a spot in the basement, the family room carpets and family room furniture. The furniture is dry clean only, Eric did a fabulous job on the furniture whereas in the past we were not satisfied with the provider who cleaned the upholstery.

+ -1 moreEric did an AMAZING job! I found them through Groupon, and it was totally worth it! The best part is that it was a dry method, which actually cleaned much better than when I had my carpets shampooed, and I could walk on them within about 30-60 minutes :)

+ -1 moreIn a two bedroom cream colored carpeted apartment and three small dogs, you can imagine how sometimes the outside seems to find its way in. Sanitize 4 Serenity explained what services are available, are very reasonably priced and best of all did a wonderful job. The carpets look like they did when I moved in! I would highly recommend these guys, especially if you have pets!

Description of Work: Completely restored my carpets to look like new. Also used minimal liquids, and "raked" the job at the end to make it look especially great!

+ -1 moreI bought a groupon and had the carpets at the place I was moving into cleaned, and Eric did such a great job, that I had him do the place I was moving out of too! We had some tough spots in both homes, and he was able to get them out, making the carpet look like new again. He was very accommodating to our tough schedules, arrived on schedule, did a fantastic job & I would definitely recommend this company to everyone!
Description of Work: We had him do two places. At the first place, he did the living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, and 2 walk in closets. At the second place, he did the living room, dining room, and hallway carpets.

+ 0 moreTo say we were/are quite pleased is a serious understatement. Eric explained any complications, possible less-than-desirable outcomes, and the procedures he would be using. We decided to have everything done and were very pleased with the outcomes. Eric is efficient, proficient, extremely knowledgeable, professional, conscientious, and very personable. We will definitely be using his services in the future and have absolutely no reservations in highly recommending Sanitize 4 Serenity!
Description of Work: There were actually two service dates. The first one for which I had a Groupon to clean three rooms of carpet, we had the den, the family room, and the upstairs hallway done. We also had Eric clean the sectional in the family room that is dry clean only and had several stains. Two weeks later (12/22), my son had a Groupon to get the basement done, which is a little more than 3 rooms plus the staircase.

Description of Work: This service was called in to clean an extremely grungy carpet in a rental property. We were prepared (reluctantly) to replace the carpet, but Sanitize 4 Serenity brought this used floor covering back to showroom clean. We never thought this carpet could look so good, so pristine. Of many services used over many years, these folks did the best job we've ever seen. We were using an offered special, and Sanitize 4 Serenity did a job worth much, much more and charged nothing extra for this extremely dirty carpet. The work was done on time and in a completely professional manner. There could be no better work.
