Sadler Plumbing

Called Sadler on a Sunday afternoon and left a message. He called me back within an hour. He and his staff arrived promptly on Monday morning, diagnosed the problem, located the replacement part (many miles away), went and picked up the part, returned, and completed the installation before lunch. Also, Mr. Sadler took the time to explain how he diagnosed the problem and how the replacement part functioned. My basement was left neat and clean.

Plumbers came out when they said they would, worked briskly, cleaned up all mess, and treated my house like their own.

Our boiler broke in October 2009 and could not be repaired. After the company that installed us gave us the runaround regarding its replacement we got quotes from several other companies. We received a recommendation for Sadler Plumbing from another homeowner in our neighborhood, so we called him. He showed up within a reasonable time for an estimate, and brought one of his employees with him. Together, they conducted a thorough sizing of our radiators (which is essential for determing the proper size of a steam heat boiler), and, after a couple of days, gave us a recommendation for a boiler that was much smaller (and therefore more efficient) than the one that was in our house when we moved in about 10 years ago). Within a week they removed the old boiler and installed the new one. Dale Sadler was extremely helpful in answering dozens of questions we had about the selection and operation of the boiler. As far as we can tell, it's been working fine since installation.
