I had a great experience the technician Paul was EXCELLENT. He was informative, respectful of my home, and thorough with his work . This was my first angie's List experience and would recommend this service.

Technician came out and went around the property to locate how they were getting in. Once the entry way was sealed, they placed traps and poison inside and a bait trap outside that could not be accessed by my dogs. So far, we have caught 2 in the traps, and we also no longer hear the scratching noises. We will be having them come out for follow up every 30 days for the next 2 months just to make sure they are all gone. :-)

Went great. From my initial call with a very nice and helpful woman, and whose name I'm afraid I don't remember, to Andre, who came the next day to do the spraying for the ants, and was polite, professional, helpful and kind, I am very pleased. While it's only been a week, which I know is too early to say much about the ants, I would absolutely call them again (so far the ants have disappeared though!).

My cat killed 3 mice in 2 days! So I was frantic! The receptionists contacted me and was so professional and friendly that she helped me relax right away! When the technician arrived he educated me about how rodent enters your home (in ways I would have never imagined) he inspected inside and outside, filling holes with steel wool and cement. He said he was the supervisor sorry I forgot his name but he is awesome!!! The receptions called me back to follow up the next day and 30 days after the service was performed. No more mice 😊 I highly recommend this company! Worth every penny! Thanks again!

Great. The service tech arrived on time and took a look all around the interior area (basement storage room) where I had caught a few field mice with standard glue traps and spring traps. I live in a rural area, so field mice are expected from time to time as the temperature drops. He placed some better glue traps out and also some heavy-duty poison bait stations. He also took a look at my garage to see if he could find any ingress points the mice might be using (as I had taken it upon myself to seal up any such area, there weren't any), and he checked all around the exterior of the house. He did find a small crack/hole in my exterior wall near ground level that may have been the culprit. He filled it with a cement compound. Since his visit, I have checked the traps laid out in the basement storage room every day and there have been no more mice or any signs of mouse activity (e.g., droppings). All in all, a job well done.

They are very good. If I need it, I will use them. I would tell my friends that they are very professional, very knowledgeable and they can use them. The workers are very decent and very knowledgeable.

RPC has been extremely responsive. I hired them for an initial remediation and have since hired them to take on quarterly checks. So far, so good!

We live in an old house. I saw a mouse run through my living room and immediately called RPC. They had someone come out the same day! The technician was timely and thorough. The office staff called me to notify me when the tech was on the way. I felt the pricing was fair and the communication was superb!

I asked about services for my home in DC (20016). They were very professional and friendly, but they did inform me that service outside of their 25 office in Baltimore requires a service fee. Thank you for be clear and upfront!

Our serviceman showed up on time and was able to quickly identify our insect problem. He recommended an initial treatment with 1 month follow-up. He answered all my questions and was very professional. Got a follow-up phone call later that week to schedule 2nd visit and then we stopped treatments becajse our bug problem was totally gone! No contract or required minimum service period.

It went very well. The technicians explained everything that they did and why. Since they visited, there has been no sight of it. I could not be happier with the results.

The initial Pest Control treatment was well and thoroughly performed by Andre.

These guys were amazing ? not only did they show up on time and do their job with a high level of professionalism, but they insisted on sticking around to help me move things back into the garage and even filled a small hole that I had in the concrete ? a whole they did not create but that had been bugging me for a while. I would recommend this company to anyone and will definitely use them again in the future!

Excellent was punctual professional and removed the bees and the hive.

The technician was prompt and very professional. He identified 3 locations, and closed up same. Since then I have had no more visits from the neighborhood mice. My one issue is that although I refused the offer to subscribe to a monthly service, I have been getting calls from the company wanting to schedule another appointment.

After multiple "miscommunications" in scheduling, I discontinued my service.

They examined home for mice interior and exterior. Filled several holes and put traps down. Great service! Technician was very knowledgeable!

The representative who arrived was punctual and professional. He did a very thorough sweep of the inside and outside of the house and showed and explained exactly what he was going to do.

They two gentlemen who came seemed to know their business. I think they were good, as good as other reviews reflect. I don't think there was anything outstanding beyond my expectations, but they did the job well as I can tell.

Andre and Jamal arrived on time. Andre patiently answered my questions about the spray, etc. They sprayed two different kind of chemicals; One targeted at mosquitoes and the other one for the ants. The very next day, I noticed that the mosquitoes are no longer attacking my family and I like a horror movie.

Set traps and baits. Didn't work. Came out again and set new traps and bait and charged me more. Didn't work. Called again, came out again and charged me again. So they basically did the same thing 3 times and I paid 3 times. Still never caught the mice. I never called again after the 3rd time.

RPC came 3 or 4 times, each time asking for more money. Now 3 months and about $500 later, the mice are still running around in the house. The lady in their office was very nice and responsive. Other than the fact that the mice are still running around, I have no complaints over other aspects of their service.

I'm happy to say the rats are finally gone. Since we have a dog, they didn't want to use the most potent stuff on the rats which I appreciated. So it probably took a little longer to get rid of the rats then it would have, but I think after a few months we started seeing a real improvement. Everyone they sent out was very helpful and knowledgeable, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else dealing with a pest issue!

Great. Someone was able to come do the inspection the same day, which was huge. Our contact was prompt and courteous, showed us what he was finding as he went through the inspection. He gave us a quote and explained what they would do to treat for the bed bugs, and the would is covered by a 1 year guarantee, which I haven't heard about from anywhere else. They did the first treatment 2 days later and the second about a week later. So far so good.

I was very happy with the service and the communication we received. There were several telephone calls prior to our date of service and then a confirmation the morning of the service of when we could expect the technician. Once the technician arrived, he was extremely thorough in spraying the backyard, under the deck and all the small areas mosquito's tend to gather. A couple of days after our service, I received a follow up call to make sure we were happy. I have been able to sit on our deck for the past few evenings and not one mosquito has landed. There is a 90 day guarantee and I'm hoping we won't have the need to use it, but should that be the case, there is no doubt we will get the same type of professionalism.
