Description of Work: They found all entry points that Terminix couldn't find in less than 5 minutes and sealed them up. They then placed traps and poison inside to kill any mice that would not be able to escape. I signed up for 3 follow up appointments but didn't need them. No sign of rodents since.

The administration is on top of appointments and billing, and the service persons are pleasant, knowledgeable and go the extra mile. They are definitely in the top tier of my home maintenance vendors group.

Description of Work: They sealed off areas where the mice were getting into my house and placed traps. We saw a dead mice about 7-10 days after RPC visited our house. They also made recommendations about additional work we should have done to keep the mice away.

Description of Work: The service rep was really professional but I wasn't able to find a date to fit into our schedule.

Description of Work: So a couple of months ago unfortunately we had a bed bug infestation, as to how and where it was picked up I have no idea. So we reached out to RPC ,and Ron came over to do an initial inspection and confirmed our worst fears that we had a bed bug infestation. He gave as an estimate that it will cost $250 per room (3 rooms) including the living room and we needed covers cant remember the cost may have been $75. So we did the initial deep cleaning and spraying and presto all the bed bugs were killed though one came out the night after to take a bite. According to Ron, he said that was normal it meant the chemicals were working. We had a follow up treatment for $50, the suggestion was three follow ups but those pesky critters were all dead by the time of the initial treatment since the chemicals are really strong. We did the first follow up to just make sure the were not any remmenants. RPC is a great company and i will vouch for their service. I know that bed bug treatment at home is expensive and i am sure we got an excellent deal.
