Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for a rodent exclusion package. They put traps out and whatever they did we didn't see anymore mice.

Description of Work: Checked house and yard for mice. Left traps and plugged hole in broken basement window. Window has been replaced and no more mice. They did a good job and were very reliable.

Description of Work: RPC and Services provided a rodent control service as described. They were punctual on the appointment, and able to accommodate our schedule. They performed a full inspection of our home, and allayed concerns we had regarding our pets in the household. I would fully recommend RPC and Services in the future.

Description of Work: Tech arrived a little early (which was great for me). He was a pleasant guy, introduced himself and told me exactly what he was going to do. He then did what he said, checking the house perimeter outside for any holes or openings and sealing them closed. He then placed traps in strategic areas, checking behind stove, washer and dryer. He didn't try to sell us more services (which I appreciated) but did say if we wanted someone to return just give the office a call.

Description of Work: In December 2014 we saw 2 rats in our house. RPC was a local pest control service with many enthusiastic reviews so we called them and they promptly responded and made an appointment to inspect our home. Their representative discussed our options personally with us and soon carried out the agreed actions, including sealing breaches in our foundation, with all due care for the safety of our elderly cat and the neighbors' dogs. We did find two dead rats and have have noticed little evidence of continued rat activity. Today they paid a follow-up visit and sealed a hole under our front door stoop and will follow up for 5 more months. |They have been very informative and courteous and I'd give them a solid A, except that the first guy assured us that the rats would not hide away to die. In fact, we found one behind the kitchen stove and the other under a kitchen counter which we needed to partly empty before we could move it to check. Glad it wasn't built in! Also, we needed to dispose of any dead rats ourselves, but they were completely up front about that condition.

Description of Work: I was very upset that I found a mouse in my living room. The provider was wonderful arranging for a representative to my home late in the afternoon the same day because I could not take time from work to be home during the day. The representative was very thorough placing bate boxes in strategic places in my house and looking for and taking care of places that might provide an entry point for mice. |I have had no issues since RPC's service. I purchased their follow up plan. I am very pleased with this provider.

Description of Work: I have them treat my own home and all my rental properties. They are amazing. Well priced, professional, responsive and most important, effective!! I had a tenant move out once and leave all kinds of gross bugs behind and they treated it fast and well. Since then I have them visit all my rentals quarterly as well as my house and no more creepy crawlers. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: This was my first experience with an extermination company, so I did not know what to expect. I was getting this service for a rental and the servicer started working and was almost finished before I got there. I was not late and did not receive a call that they would start without me. Other than this, I have no complaints.

Description of Work: Sprayed a bee nest embedded in the siding of our house. So far very effective treatment with a promise to return at no extra cost, if further treatment is required. Excellent service and was surprised to receive $50 discount for mentioning Angie's List. "Thanks Angie"!!

Description of Work: RPC covered a very large home, including a 2000sq ft patio and pool deck as well as areas around a pond. Service manager David was very knowledgeable, thorough, professional and courteous. Have not seen pest services performed of this quality ever. Terminix came 7 times and did not come close to resolving our ant problem but RPC got rid of them within a couple of hours and we have not seen one since. A+

Description of Work: The only thing that bothered me was we arranged a one time service and they were very persistent with followup calls and offers of long term services.
