Description of Work: They sealed up entry holes for rodents and placed bait stations around parts of the house for rodents. |Then sprayed for roaches in the kitchen and other parts of the house.

Dear customer, we are sorry that you would not complete our 4 month program as agreed. We probably would have earned an A rating as opposed to the C rating that you gave us. Your record shows that we performed the initial service in April. We charged you $199 for a rodent exclusion and $169 for roaches in April 2015. Your next service was performed in June. I pulled your file to learn what the problem could be: You purchased our very successful rodent exclusion program(mice) which calls for a minimum 4 month commitment which you agreed to do. We serviced your home in February and March and have been un-able to schedule any additional service since. Your account was closed on May 26th 2015 due to non-compliance to our treatment protocol. The experience went fine.
Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for rodent removal. They checked for rodents but didn't find any. I only paid the price of the Big Deal. There were no extra charges.

Description of Work: The service team did a fine job, as far as I could tell. The front office was less stellar--confusing messages about what needed to be done in advance, for example. And the price was steep. But overall, the company was more than competent.

Description of Work: I found a dead mouse floating in our first-floor toilet one day. So I called RPC and asked them to inspect our house for ways the varmints could be getting in. They found a number of small gaps in the exterior of our home and sealed them up with steel wool and concrete. I was shocked at how a mouse can squeeze itself into a hole no bigger than its head. Within two weeks of treatment the mice were dead and gone. And in the time since, none have returned. Great job.

Description of Work: The providers were professional and knowledgeable of their trade. They found the source of the problem that my air conditioner hose was open and proceeded from there. They comb my home to make sure there was no problem inside. They were very thorough. Because I am an avid gardener, I plan to use them in the future to combat my ants.

Description of Work: Roach prevention ,we had a problem with German cockroach , Andre came and was very knowlegble and also put our minds at rest that this problem could be taken care of, after the first appointment the problem was taken care of ,but we had him come out one month later, to just make sure , and since we had a new puppy we wanted to make sure no " critters" were getting in his food as it was low to the ground . |We would have no hesitation in calling them out again and giving there number to anyone who has an issue with creepy crawlies and other unwanted visitors
