Description of Work: RPC was great at providing education and follow up. I walked along as the technician went through the basement and first level of my house. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it at each step. He also told me what to expect and calmed my nerves about fears related to a mouse.

Description of Work: They came by and treated inside and outside. They suggested that they return in a month. They returned in a month and no sign of any activity in house (good sign) but signs of activity outside. I have received a few calls about returning. I mean I can tell there has been no activity inside. I think they did good job, for me it's about the inside

Description of Work: RPC provided fast and effective mouse control and prevention services for my home, identifying and sealing off probable entrances from the outside, setting traps, following up to see if their conclusions had been correct, resetting traps to ensure the mouse colony was finished, etc. Their technicians are incredibly polite and friendly. I would recommend the company's service to anyone who needs the services they offer. We plan to begin using them for regular spider spraying because we live in the woods.

Description of Work: They have been to my house twice. Once in the summer when the outside of our house was infested with bees and in the fall for ants in my kitchen. Description of Work: I purchased the deal for mouse extermination and once he arrived, we realized that my old tenants also left behind some bedbugs. Andre stayed behind after the mouse treatment to treat for those as well. He was really thorough, personable, and great to work with. I felt like he knew what he was doing and that he cared about the job. I've always spoken with the same office manager in the office. They call to schedule, the follow up after to check on how they've done, and they call to schedule follow up services. Great company.

Description of Work: They traced the tunnels of the rats to my neighbor's wood pile. The rats were coming to my backyard for meals. I feed birds and squirrls. Two bait boxes were put out. They will be back to check the boxes.

Description of Work: They stopped up all the holes inside and outside the house to prevent any mice from coming in. We've also had them come three other times to ensure that there has been no other issues.

Description of Work: The initial visit went well. The representative went around the entire property and determined that we had rats that were burrowing around our house as well as our neighbors. We also found that they had gotten into our basement. The rep was not able to determine where the rats had come in. He sealed a place where he thought that they were coming in and set several traps. He set bait traps and powder around the outside of the house. Thirty days later, they returned to see the results. The rep this time was able to determine where they were coming in but could not seal the are as he told me it was a home improvement issue and they didn't do that. The good news was the traps did not snap, so no evidence of rats in the house anymore. The traps outside were empty, and there was no evidence of fresh droppings. They put fresh bait in the traps. Again, they came back after 30 days (today, Sept. 22) and the bait was still in the basement, so nothing is in the house. The bait was eaten from the outside, so they are outside but not around the house. I appreciate the 30 day follow up and am glad to pay the monthly fee so I know that they are not in my house and we are in control of the situation. Thank you!
