Description of Work: They checked to see where rat may have entered and placed several boxes with poison in appropriate spots. They were very knowledgeable and also kind. I was quite frightened by the idea of rats in my home. I have not had a re-occurance. I was please with the company. They do call every few months to ask if I want them to follow up. I was pleased with them- would re-employ or refer them.

Description of Work: I had the initial service performed including home inspection, plugging, and poison treatment placed. I had two follow-up visits with additional poison treatment. I shared with the technician on the second follow-up visit that I believed mice were still getting in to the house, as the problem was not improved in what had been 2 months at that time. He again inspected the home, including carefully inspecting the basement. He gave recommendations at each visit, which we immediately followed. When we were approaching the time for the third follow-up visit, with no improvement, I had my son come inspect the home. He found a 3-inch hole in a basement window. There was foam at the bottom of the window that had been eaten away. He covered the hole and there has not been one evidence of mice since it was covered. I gave a poor rating because I spoke with RPC and explained this, and the person I spoke with admitted this was missed by the technician. I said I was happy to speak with the owner or a manager, and that I did not want additional services unless my concern was addressed. No one has called me back in a week. I am happy to update my feedback if my concern is addressed and/or a partial refund issued, as the money I spent was basically a waste since the real entry issue was missed.
