David and his assistant through no fault of their own arrived late. Upon arrival though they immediately got to work and were professional throughout the whole service call. While performing the interior work they took off there shoes and were thorough with the application of ant bait. Additionally, they allowed me to pay through online banking which was more convenient for me as a customer. I plan to use them in the future if a need for similar work arises. Based on research their prices seem reasonable, but I didn't solicit other quotes, so I can't say for sure. They did honor an Angie's List discount, which I appreciated.

They took care of my problem. They were friendly and professional.

hopefully, the bees are gone, I am allergic.

Only time will tell if the bugs are all gone, but their service is guaranteed for 90 days and I am certain they will honor the guarantee.

Time will tell, but so far as I can say right now, just wishing for the best.

I was very impressed with this company beginning with the initial call back I received. The young lady was very professional and helpful in letting me know what to expect with the initial visit to my home. Mr. Ron was very prompt, professionally dressed, knowledgeable and represented his company well. After determining my needs Mr. Ron also went out of his way to provide me with inside service that same day. The technician returned to my home the very next day to spray the outside for bugs and spiders. So far, I have only seen 1 DEAD spider in my family room and I hope I have stopped a potential problem with bugs/ants/spiders this summer. I was so impressed with the comments written from other consumers about this company and the way in which they represent themselves that I signed up for quarterly service treatments. Please convey my thanks again to Mr. Ron and his staff.

Overall -- a train wreck in communication and the business model they work from is Pay now and we will get to you when we feel like it. No Thanks!

I called RPC & Services to find a solution to a rat problem in my new home. After leaving a voicemail, they called me back within an hour or two. She was very polite and described in detail what their strategy would be. She answered all of my questions and seemed very knowledgable. We made an appointment for Ron to do a free inspection and estimate (two days later with a 2-hour window), but he didn't show up. I left them another voicemail explaining that we needed to reschedule, but they never called back.

They responded quickly to my initial contact about setting up an appointment. The gentleman was prompt in his arrival for our scheduled appointment, and we went over all the problems I have had in the past, He then gave the specifics on the tactics that would be taken to control the pests. Shortly after he left, the technician came and did all the spraying and bait placement. Both were very nice and professional, and answered all my questions and concerns. They will be coming back again in June to do another spraying for those pesky mosquitos! I gave an "A" for quality, however, obviously I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the treatments, but I was told I would no longer have an ant problem, and the mosquito population will be greatly reduced. I should certainly be able to tell the difference because I am one of those people who mosquitos love! Additionally, the ant problems I had had for years in my kitchen during hot/wet weather will certainly be a relief and easy to tell if it worked or not.

I was amazed at how quickly these lovely people responded to my problem (one of the "worst" moth infestations in a single room they'd ever seen! [aren't I proud])--I called around 8 am, they called back and sent someone out by 9 am to diagnose the problem, and then another employee was at my doorstep by 10-went in, took care of the problem, was very thorough, very specific and sweet to boot! Plus both the owner and his "terminator" separately inspected the entire house, treated for ants in the kitchen, those weird humpback crickets in the basement--all being very conscious of the fact that I have two young children and two cats, and I wanted to use as little chemicals as possible. The receptionist was friendly, understanding and even called me back a week later to make sure everything was going well since the visit. I know I can call this company any time and they will be there quickly and take care of the problem. Highly recommended, A+ experience!

We had ants infestation for years. We try to take care it ourselves every year by buying different products from Home Depo. After I saw email from Angie's list for the promotion of this company. We decided to have professional do the job. After I had scheduled appointment, they came and understand the job that is involved, they had technician came out at the same day. We are pleased with the results. I wish we had done this many years ago.

Very positive. This is a great company to work with. I can think of very few things that are more stressful or upsetting than having rodents (rats) in your crawlspace. Ron was great, came out quickly, and inspired a great deal of confidence. He estimated about 4 months of service to resolve the issue and was accurate in that assessment. David who came out and applied the pest control was diligent and thorough. He was always on time. I have a toddler and two cats and they applied poison in a safe manner, so that I didn't worry about the safety of my pets or children. When the rats were gone, of course there was some clean up to do. Due to the small crawl space and conditions in the crawl space, getting the clean up done was difficult, but Ron was able to get it done. I enthusiatically reccomend this company.

I got a deal through Angie's List, which is why I signed up with them. The price was good. They come out every three months.

Had problem with ants invading kitchen and main floor bathroom. Owner came out and explained procedure and methods they would use. He had a good customer service manner. Told me his men would arrive later that day - they did arrive within the two-hour time frame promised. Two men arrived. One supervised a trainee who actually did the work. The trainee was a little bit sloppy with the interior work in the bathroom - as a result, part of the bathroom floor was slippery and we needed to clean up the pesticide in the bathroom entryway to prevent an accident. Overall, it appears they did a thorough job as we have not seen a single ant in the week since the work was done. Note that the price I paid was a "Big Deal" price advertised in an Angie's List email.

RPC first quickly came to do an assessment to determine the extent and type of treatment needed. They provided a description of what was to be done and the price. The next day they called to schedule the appoinment for the treatment and it was for the next day! Quick! Inside under all sinks, and behind the showerhead walls in all bathrooms and around all windows and baseboards, as well as the basement windows and perimeter. Outside they did all around the house perimeter (out 15 feet) and around all doors, windows, garage doors and any problem areas I requested. They were here about an hour to an hour and a half. I had LOTS of anthills in my entire back yard and I asked for additional treatment of the yard to get rid of the ants before they invaded the house. RPC gave me the additional treatment for an additional purchase at the Big Deal price. I totally expected to pay more than the original price because I had a huge problem with ants in the yard and requested additional services. The RPC team was punctual and professional, and they explained thoroughly what all they were treating and the chemicals they were using and provided a brochure that described it. So far the treatment has seemed to work, I haven't seen any indoor or out door ants near the house. And the treatment also covered spiders, termites, millipedes etc. But RPC said just to call them back if I had continuing problems......but so far, so good! So far I am very pleased with the results.

I called them after business hours. My phone call was returned promptly the next business day. The owner came out the following day to give me an estimate. They were even flexible when I asked them to change the appt time. He came on time and was very professional. Called the next morning and had the application scheduled for a few days out. While the applicators showed up a few minutes late, they worked through the rain to apply the treatment. There was a slight mixup with the office since the price they gave me didn't match the quote; however, a phone call to the owner took care of that. I didn't stay for all of a few minutes, but assume they were done within the hour.

I had a pretty bad pest control problem, and they solved it. They are good with dealing with questions and concerned. The only issue is that they showed up a little late on one of the visits. They have consistently been a little bit late.

Ron & David were quick to respond, and quickly came out to address the issue. In addition to setting multiple traps and baits, they sealed up areas around my home where the mice were entering. They took the time to show me things around the kitchen that were attracting the mice (my new puppies dog food, which used to sit out all day). They came out for a follow up as well after about 30 days and removed any dead mice and reset/refilled traps. I have not seen any mice or droppings since. Overall, I'm very happy with the service.

Very well - problem solved, and still have some general coverage from the "Big Deal" plan, with a few exclusions.

Original Problems: Mr. Pugh responded immediately to my urgent call regarding the ground wasps and bees as my husband had inadvertently hit them with the lawn mower and was stung many, many times the night before my call. Due to the size of the infestation and the danger, Mr. Pugh had David, his friendly, knowledgeable technician, make an after-hours call to spray at dusk, this being the time the nests settle down. While here, David began treatment for the ants. It took a return visit two weeks later for a more certain elimination of our problem but the RPC office handled it smoothly, professionally, and promptly. I HIGHLY recommend RPC for their excellent extermination service and excellent customer service.

The gentleman came out and talked to me, and he was efficient. After the first weekend, we had 5 dead rats and were able to get rid of them. I trust his service, and may have to use him again if the neighbors don't change their habits.

It went very well. The problem was solved.
