The spray they used was the same that would have been used for termite control. We would rate them highly.

Everything went very smoothly from the first call until the end of the service. I haven't seen any signs of the pests, It's been a week now and I don't have any signs of the pests. I'll update this comment if I need follow up work done, but I trust that they will give me the same high quality service in the future.This was for extermination of Bed Bugs, mice and rats outside.

It was last year on one of my rentals. Schedule was easy, service was performed ontime and on budget. Very happy with the result. Will use again.

The overall experience was great. Both the field techs and office personnel were super nice. They answered all questions and told me to call with any more that I may have. Everyone I met was professional and courteous. The only thing I have to comment on is that when a two hour window was given for the work to be done, the individuals always showed up at the end of the window (i.e. 9-11 A.M. window, showed up at 10:50A.M.)

It went well, we have no more ants (so far). I was a bit concerned about the toxicity of all of the products. Unfortunately, I noted honey bees dying in the garden. I also worry about any impact on the birds since they sprayed around the outside of the house as well and all over our garden. But RPC did what they said they would.

They did an excellent job and I haven't had any more problems with wasps and I was very happy. I was very satisfied. I would use them again and would recommend them.

I got them from Angie’s list. They were there when they were supposed to be. And the previous problem had been taken care of, and there was a mouse problem. They have been here 4 times. The last time I used them in 2012 and they started since 2011. They do what they say and it made a difference to me. Regarding the price I don’t know what to compare it to and I thought they were reasonable.

The boss came out and got an idea of what I needed. I had a few special requests and I was very satisfied with the work that they did.

Owner of the business came out same day that we called, did inspection, and gave us an estimate. Gave us a good overview of termite life cycle, what they would do and what we could expect from the treatment. The estimate included a discount for seniors and an Angie's list discount. I had done some research and was expecting a much higher estimate. The employee (David) from RPC came early Saturday morning and finished the job around Noon or 1 PM. David never took a break, was polite and friendly, explained what he was doing and was very neat -- he cleaned up all around the house for the trenching, drilling and digging. I was very impressed and he represented the company well. I would recommend this company to my friends and like the idea that it is a small and local business instead of a large chain.

The owner was very nice during the initial inspection. Within 30 minutes the other worker was at the house to set bait traps and cover holes. Both were very professional, knowledgable and I am very confident that they took care of the mice problem. They will come back in a few weeks and check the traps.

On 11/30, an agent inspected the house foundation and basement to verify that no termite activity was present. (He arrived 20 minutes after the appointment window of 10 AM to noon.) During a second visit on 12/3, a technician treated the property (he also arrived a bit late). Taking less than an hour, this required light digging (enough to disturb the soil) and water to mix the chemical. Per Wikipedia, the product works as follow: It creates a barrier to prevent termites from attacking structural wood. Termidor does not repel termites. Instead, termites enter the treated area and receive a lethal dose of the insecticide. Termites contaminated with the chemical can transfer the insecticide to other termites. Thus termites who never came in contact with the treated surface still die. For an annual fee, the vendor will return to inspect the property and retreat if the termites appear. Apparently, this is a fairly standard warranty. Per agent Ronald Conrad, the warranty is transferable to the new owner were I to sell the house.

I like their availability for monetary service and the ease of scheduling appointments. I like the availability to pay for my bills in more than one way. I will work with them in the future.

Andre performed an inspection on short notice to facilitate the refinancing process that my husband and I were undergoing. He came on fairly short notice and was able to combine our scheduled, quarterly service so that we only had to be home for a single appointment. Since RPC has been working with us, the insect problems indigenous to our waterfront home have been eliminated!

They were really good. They come out quarterly, but I don’t have to have them come out quarterly. That was what I was looking for, for the flexibility because I have lived here long enough to know when the ants come in and stuff like that. They will come out if I need them to on an as needed basis. They definitely got inside the mind of a bug and figured out what needed to be done and what I needed to pay for because I live in a wooded area, so there are lots of bugs. At some level I just have to accept it and live with it, but what is in my home and walking across my countertops I definitely need to work out. I felt like they weren’t trying to rip me off in any way. The owner was the one that came out and looked at it and he was real liked. The guys that came and treated it were real goofy and like funny guys. They were really personable people and I used to be with another company and I just did not get that level of service from a huge company because they just show up when they have their system scheduled. This company is more personal and I just like small local businesses because they care more. They give us that extra service because they are more dependent on us. The initial was $285 and ongoing like forever it is $85 for each visit. I can’t skip two seasons, but I can skip one, but it is only about $150 a year. I paid at least double that with another company.

Ron responded quickly and the work was done before others responded or were finished playing phone tag. He was very knowledgeable and personable. A list was left for the technician to check off. Not all items were completed initially, but there was no problem getting everything done a short time later. The work was done quickly and efficiently in a professional manner. I would use this company again.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! This company was already at my house and done before the other people on Angie's list had a chance to return my call. They even had somebody come in on their day off because his size gave him greater access to my crawl space. They educated me and went above and beyond to keep rats out of my house and crawl space. Never got a voice mail ever.

I live in a Baltimore City rowhouse and with that said you will see mice. I have used two other exterminators that have not provided the successful service that RPC has. These guys came out on August 6 and I have not seen one mouse or any mouse droppings since. And given the heavy rains we recently had with the hurricane and a lot of water moving around, no mice in the house or at least I haven't seen any.This is an A1 company. My first good impression was with the young lady on the phone. She was polite, professional and a pleasure to speak with. I called on a Friday and Ron (owner) showed up Saturday. I almost missed him as I was out and he was running late, but we caught each other. He initially spoke with my husband about the mouse problem and reinterated to me what the problems were and what to do. I scheduled for the following weekend.Dave and another gentleman came out the next weekend and were also a pleasure to work with. They worked effeciently and methodically. They looked behind the stove and refrigerator in the kitchen and other rooms in the house. They inspected the exterior of the house to identify potential points of entry. They showed us various possible entry points before sealing up the holes, and gave us guidance on things we could do ourselves to minimize our mouse problem.This company is professional, efficient and the results speak for themselves. I would recommend RPC & Services LLC as your first choice for Pest Control/Exterminating.

Being a new landlord, I was startled when I got a call at 1am from my tenant about the baby mouse she spotted in the dining room. I'd lived in the house for 15 years. I'd previously occasionally had mouse challenges (it's a city house) but had only once called a local exterminator who had left a bad taste in my mouth due to not performing as described and giving false information. Since I now had a screaming renter, I started searching Angies List for Pest Control. Almost immediately I was stopped by the glowing reports for RPC and Services. After reading many other reviews, I decided to reach out to 3. RPC responded first (one never responded at all) and very quickly. The woman that called was extremely professional and at first could not fit me in for several days. Once she heard my story, she called the owner and then called me back to tell me he would fit me in that following day as I'd requested. The owner Ron showed up promptly and discussed my situation. He was also extremely professional and a true pleasure to speak with. I explained my past experience with pest control and he made suggestions for how I might deal with this situation quickly. Once we agreed to a price on the service and a 3 month regimen of follow up service, he was able to schedule his team to come out the same day. That afternoon, two fantastic (and funny) gentlemen showed up--one with extensive experience--possibly David?-- and the other newer to the role but very enthusiastic. They did come at the tail-end of the appointment window, but were very courtesous. Both men immediately got to work and began showing me and filling exterior holes that could possibly be mouse entry points. As this is a city house, we have to be aware of rats too, so he showed me where rats likely had chewed an alley door and immediately found a creative way to recitify the door issue and repaired the door. They filled all possible exterior access points and showed me where a neighboring yard for a bar was causing challenges to my rodent issue. Inside the house they searched for available entry points and were very respectful. I felt the price matched the service and hoping the 3 months coming will solve much of my challenge. I will update the review with the following three experiences to come. I would hire them again, as of now, and refer them to friends and family.

We have been in our house that backs up to woods for 11 years, and have used 3 different services that we did not call back. Looking on Angie's List we quickly found an exterminator close to us and with several good reports. These men provided services no one else had ever offered us and sealed our home better than anyone else has within a few days of the first call. They found several possible sources of wasp entry, dusted the openings and chalked the holes. They found a well hidden nest, killed the wasps and sealed the hole. We also have had spiders (my particular fear) and they sprayed the whole lower level for us in this initial treatment.

My wife saw a mouse run across our kitchen floor and subsequently saw mouse droppings. She requested that I hire a pest control company to take care of the mouse immediately. She refused to eat in the kitchen until this pest issue was resolved. That same day, I called RPC and spoke to Ron. Ron was extremely courteous and professional. He said he could come out that day to inspect the house and give us a quote. He appeared at our house early and performed an inspection. He began to educate me about mice and provided us with an offer. Understanding the urgency, he agreed to send his crew out the next morning to perform the services. Two guys came out and worked magic. They looked behind the stove and refrigerator in the kitchen and other rooms in the house. Furthermore, they inspected the exterior of the house to identify potential points of entry. They were very friendly. They showed me every possible entry points before sealing up the holes. I did not think there would be holes in the house since we live in a fairly new house. After they sealed the holes and put down poison and glue traps. Since RPC came out to service our house, we have not seen another mouse.

It was a pleasure dealing with this company. Both Ron (the owner) and David (the lead technician) were pleasant, responsive, and totally professional. It has been Heaven being able to go outside without being swarmed by mosquitoes. And I haven't seen a tick on me or my dog since the treatment. They knew just how to deal with my carpenter bee and ant problems, too. Things worked out so well that I signed a quarterly contract.
