RPC & Services LLC

This is a very professional and responsive company. Ron, the owner, David (service manager/lead technician), and Andre (technician) are the company personnel we have dealt with. All are great people of their word, and they all ensure that the customer is happy. Our house was built on former farmland, and the area has a lot of wooded portions, so one cans expect to need pest control services. Since moving here, we previously used 3 other pest control services, and were not satisfied. Once we used RPC (thanks to Angie's List), we no longer had any problems. They took care of our issues, keep the property pest-free, and are mindful safety.

They were very professional and nice. They seem to have done a good job, but I won't know unless we have termites...

Heard some scurrying in our attic and have two small children. Contacted company as we saw big deal on Angie's List for $199. Company came out that day for a free inspection. Some minor mouse droppings so we went with the companies mouse service for $199 and agreed to do a month by month revisit for three months. Laid bait traps in conceled locations and plugged some holes. Company is wonderful, no pressure, and no commitments. We had Andre and he was very professional and a great person. Hoping to continue our relationship.

As usual they arrived within the window and were prompt and thorough in the service. Were out of the house in less than 25 minutes and the treatment has been very effective.

From the time I called to arrange service to the completion of service, the staff was very congenial and helpful. I appreciated the explanations that the technician gave me all along the way about what he was doing and why. He gave me good tips about preventing the mouse infestation in the future.

See above. Apart from one visit where we were not satisfied with the service performed, overall we are satisfied. This is after four visits.

The contractor was on time and very friendly. We were told if there were any ants left in the area, which there were, to call them. I did and they came back and resprayed. Two months later we have not seen another ant in the kitchen (or anywhere inside!).

Was able to get a prompt appointment made. Quick inspection visit with the options for treatment laid out in detail. Once we chose the option we wanted they were out in a matter of days. Very thorough treatment. Very professional service. Have been back for one follow up and scheduled the third. All no hassle. Great service. Great value.

Excellent all around - price, punctuality and professionalism

We had very few mosquitos the remainder of the summer/fall, and even this year (2012), there were very few all season. If the problem arises again, I would call them back to treat the area.

My house is out in the country, surrounded by lots of open land. In thirty years I had had plenty of mice, groundhogs, deer and turkey vultures but never rats. That changed after I remarried and took a job in Chicago leaving my 23 year old son in the house. He was not always good about taking down the trash. As a result I wound up with rats - in my house! I was horrified. We could hear them in the walls but mistakenly thought it was squirrels. David came out the same day I called. My husband calls him the Bill Murray of rats. He thinks like they do. We were rid of the critters in no time. They are the best!!

RPC showed up on time and were professional. I received a call from RPC to set up an appt very quickly and follow up calls have been received to set up subsequent monthly visits. Have not had a problem speaking with a person when I call and my calls are returned promptly. Andre & David were very thorough and, on their first visit, pointed out an ant problem I had missed as well as a plan of attack for the rodents in my yard. An estimate was given for the cost of the extra service and subsequent monthly visits before work began. They were both very personable and competent. After the initial visit, they have been back every month to lay out more poison for the rodents, dispose of a rodent body for me and close up all the holes in my yard. I have not seen a rodent nor evidence of them for at least a month. Have been very pleased!

The company inspected for rodents and patched all visble entry points. They followed up and were very professional. The only issue I had was they were late (45-60min) for the appointment. Other than that, they were great and I would definitely use them again.

I called and scheduled an appointment for the rodent exclusion package and was told that the inspection and service would be provided on the same day. The day and time of my scheduled service I was called and told that the technician would not be able to service my house until the next day. Since I already took off and rodents are very scary to live with it was important for me to have my service done the same day so I could take his offer to reschedule. If I had ants maybe I would consider using RPC but not for rodents, mice, or rats when its imperative to have them treated quickly!

We delayed treatment because it was so expensive, but knew this was a bad idea. When our next-door neighbor needed treatment too, we were able to get a discount. RPC was very professional and gave us a great price. Now, no more termites! Thank you so much.

They responded on the same day I called. I entered into a monthly agreement with them where they will come out every month. They are very responsive and economical as well. I would like to say that if you are looking for somebody to respond quickly and get the job done quickly they are the right people to call.

A mole got into our house. This is the third time it has happened in one year. The cat got them each time, but we were determined this time for it to not happen again. RPC came a few hours after my first call for a consultation. Ron was prompt, friendly, fast and professional. Dave came a few hours later to perform the services that Ron assessed we needed. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and very entertaining - put my previously shaken wife at ease with his sense of humor. Pinpointed and sealed the entry point of the mole and also treated the exterior and basement for unwanted insects. How often can you say you enjoyed a visit from the exterminator. Will definitely be using them again, as we signed up for a quarterly treatment plan.

Ron came out the same day as our call to assist us with what seemed to be a parade of endless flies on our first floor. He carefully checked everything out and found no source on the inside. He suggested that we needed to move away from the house some weed bags that may have been the source. Sure enough he was correct. It has been fly free ever since. They were near the door due to the bag and with our pooches in and out all day, the flies would sneak in. There was no charge for the assessment which is unheard of these days! We are pleased with RPC and will refer them to anyone at anytime! Thanks RPC!

It went well the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and most gracious.

Ron the owner of the company looked over the problem area in the basement and assured me I did not have termites but carpenter ants. He discussed the scope of the problem and the treatment he suggested for the basement and the yard. He gave me the estimate and we scheduled an appointment. The technician, David, arrived on time and quickly got to work after explaining what he would be doing. He was not concerned that he would have to move some furniture to get to the affected areas in the basement. I can call back if I find any creepy crawlers that are of concern. Overall a very good experience and I will call them again if I have any pest related problems. Also, at one point I mistakenly referred to Angie's List as Angel's List and they agreed with me completely.

Both times, they quickly responded to our call, they set up a date of service that was within a reasonable amount of time, and their work took no longer than they said it would. The workers were very pleasant to deal with, and they were knowledgeable about the chemicals they were using and the problem we had. We never felt they were trying to sell us something we didn't need. They eliminated the problem. My husband and I have told others about them and we plan to continue using them in the future.

Excellent service. I highly recommend this company. I have not had any ants since.

I called RPC & Services when I found them on Google Maps, and saw the reviews on Angie's List. We had just moved into a pretty neglected house and saw bugs everywhere. I called two other pest companies, and the biggest one flat out no call, no showed, and the smaller but well rated one blew me off with a phone call. So I called RPC & Services, frustrated, and they offered me a window that evening. The owner showed up and was friendly and professional. I scheduled service for that weekend. I just had the service, and again the person scheduled to show up arrived in the window. They called me to confirm this morning which I liked. I came back and the house Felt more dead. Nothing buzzing or crawling- it was great! I aired it out although it didn't have a heavy smell that I expected, because I have pets. If any updates are needed I will do that as they come but for now I am one satisfied customer!
