I purchased the big deal a long time ago so I don't know that my dates and cost are accurate. That said, they came out to my home and checked everything out then we set up a date to come back and to the treatments. I had major ant problems in my yard, carpenter ant issue, spiders and other "friends" in the basement. The were on time, completed everything in a timely manner, all my pests were gone, and they were very friendly to boot. I would definitely recommend them.

I live in a townhome and my neighbor indicated that she had seen rats out back so I made an appointment with RPC to have someone see if they were in my patio as well. The gentleman was nice but didn't seem to be very thorough. The only holes he found they could enter he said were too large to be fixed. I thought that the $199 package would cover the visit and 3 months worth but when I went back and looked at the fine print, it was just for that visit. I was surprised that the fee only covered one bait station as the fine print didn't say anything about that. He said I definitely needed at least two stations so that ended up costing me more. The service rep was a little of the "hard sell" variety and seemed eager to freak me out (unnecessary as I was already pretty freaked) and also to get me to hire him for work on the side to deal with the issues that weren't covered in the package. Overall, the service was okay and I blame myself for not reading the fine print. However the price seemed a little exorbitant for only 1 station. On the plus side, he did show up on time within the 2 hour window of the appointment and the person I spoke with on the phone when I made my initial appointment was very helpful and accommodating.

I discovered a mouse issue and call for the special pest control that I saw on Angie's List. Andre came out that day. Inspected the house inside and out. He found areas that needed patching to keep the mice out of the house and fixed them. He placed bait and traps in the house to get rid of any mice inside. He explained everything he was doing. Mice have not returned. I hope I don't need pest control again, but if I do I would contact them.

The service was excellent and they took care of the problem. They were very professional, arrived on time, and the technician was knowledgeable and gave great advice to us to make sure we wouldn’t have this problem in the future. We signed on with them for extra service.

I woke up last week and realized I had been bitten several times by some insect. Quick perusal of the area located a bed bug. Having lived in NYC I knew how big of a problem they can be so I immediately called around to pest control companies for an inspection. Orkin performed the inspection but charged $90 for the inspection alone and would have charged $1900 for 2 treatments. Additionally they could not schedule a treatment for 3 days. Completely unacceptable in my book. Check out Angie's List for local alternatives and located RPC as a well rated company. They were able to do a free inspection the same day. The personnel were thorough, courteous and knowledgeable. They gave a far better price, included more rooms for treatment and included mattress covers for all the beds in the price. Not only was the price better, their standard service includes 4 treatments at 1 month intervals. The treatment was completed the next day and appears to have gone well. The only reason I have not given then an A rating across the board is because it is too soon to determine the effectiveness of their methods. I plan on updating the rating once the treatment is completed.

We noticed a couple of nights ago that there was something within our wall. After some investigating, we found a hole on the side of house to confirm that there was some kind of squirrel within the walls. When the technician came, he looked at the area outside but not upstairs in the attic or the crawl space. After his investigation, he said that he could put down poison. I knew that they had other options based on their website and really didn’t want the poison due to my own animals and children in the house. He called his office and they said that they didn’t want to deal with squirrels and that I would need to get a refund. They were very professional to speak with but there was no follow through when they arrived.

Very professional company from the assistant making the appointment to the technicians servicing my home. They arrived on time, explained the process and gave my home a thorough inspection. Whatever chemicals they used, I have not seen any live bu gs in my home and that makes me happy.

I tried a company that I used before, but I could not reach them. I looked at Angie's List and called RPC and they said they could bring someone out that day. He was on time, and punctual. He wanted to spray around the whole home, but I did not want him to do that because I had family around. he put bait in the walls, he said that it may take a little more time. He sprayed outside of the home. A week later the ants came back into the home through the kitchen bay window. I called them on Monday after the ants had started to come back. I asked them to come back, he did and used bait again in the windows, the next day I noticed that there were drops of the bait in the middle of the kitchen floor, which was causing the ants to come into the home. When I talked to the owner he just told me that that is the way it is supposed to be done. He was very unapologetic and had condescending tone. I let him know that I spent a lot of money and I was not happy. The owner later admitted that the bait should be put in the edge of the wall and NOT in the middle of the floor but was still unapologetic. I was offered a discount, when I got the usual rate for this area for ants the numbers they were giving me were way off.

tried to rid bedbugs myself, they told me what I did wrong, they came and quoted me initial plus 3 treatments. The first got rid of 99% of them. I will have my next treatment in two weeks and we will see if this will be it. It's great to sleep in my bed again. Update - same back for second time which is in the series and performed as expected and now 99.9% of the bugs are gone. Not only do they do the job correctly, they also tell you what to expect and what to do in the time between treatments. Great job guys.

overall went well. Felt confident of service, although our mouse problem seemed to disappear and come back ever so often.

We have an ongoing relationship with this company. We have a great relationship too. I thought I saw a mouse and usually that means more than one. Dave showed us where the mice were coming in from, dryer vent, who knew. We replaced the dryer vent and we will see what happens. We also told RPC earlier that we have a small dog. They were very responsive to this and used other forms of bait so as our dog would not be exposed to any poison. We also needed an earlier time on Saturday and they were able to accomodate us. Very pleased. It has only been a few days, but all seems back to normal. Good company, very professional and I will continue to use if necessary. Dave is very professional and very personable.

Unfortunately, a very bad experience. It was the first time I used the Big Deal and I probably will not use it again.

David came out and looked to see where the mice could be entering the house. He place mesh type material where my refrigerator and oven go into the wall. Although I?m not sure why that was necessary as these appliances are in the middle of the house and not against an exterior wall, but it gave me a chance to wash the floor under the stove. I did not want the poison bait placed in my house as I did not want dead mice somewhere where I could not see them and remove them (did not want the smell or any other bugs they would attract once dead). I also did not want the sticky pads as I thought that was cruel (heard of mice chewing off their legs to get away ? gross). David put down snap traps around the basement and a couple of bait stations outside. He said that the mice were coming in under the front steps/small porch as the dirt had eroded around them and they needed to be shored up with cement. Since RPS did not do cement work, I had to hire someone else at a cost of $230 (got ripped off there, but that?s another story). This is on top of the $199 I already paid. The snap traps caught one of the mice that night, but the other mouse ate all of the peanut butter without the trap going off. David came back out, reset the snap traps and placed a couple of sticky pads around. The next day, I noticed that one of the sticky pads and snap traps were missing. Another sticky pad had a hole in it. The peanut butter from the other snap traps placed in close proximity was also eaten. David came out again, found the snap trap (without a mouse in it) under the dryer, and said the mouse ate a hole in the sticky pad to escape. This mouse had to be pretty big. He put down more stick pads and poison bait. The mouse apparently died; no evidence that the snap traps were set off, the poison consumed or the sticky pads used. Although I?m happy that the mice are no longer in my house and David was very friendly and helpful, I thought the total price I ended up paying ($419) was not worth it. Based on the price I paid RPC, they should have been in a position to do the cement work required. If so, I would have rated them higher.

I was very pleased with the service. David, the technician, was very thorough, and spent time both inside and outside the house insuring that mice would be kept out. He even gave my boyfriend "homework" before he returns so that we can continue to keep the little creatures out of our home.

We had a fruit fly infestation. RPC was able to come out quickly, do an expection and give a quote. He was really nice and explained what he was going to do and what we had to do to prepare. The fumigation was done as scheduled and he came back two weeks later to make sure the flies were gone. Definitely will use RPC again if we have a pest issue again.

We used them twice, we used them the year before the last, and then we had a bee issue and the guys from one of the other services couldn’t finish the job outside until the bees were taken care of, so they came the same day and took care of the bees. We were real happy with that. About a year ago, we had a bed bug scare and we had them do a little mulch control in the basement, which was a little more expensive, it was about $600. The thing that I liked about them was that we called them and they were able to come out the same day. They worked us in between jobs. The guy that did the initial assessment and the guy that did the actual work were both very professional. When they were unable to come, the girl in the front office called us to inform us that they were delayed on their previous job and so we rescheduled it.

They great job 5 star! They gave me options for follow up service they were on it.

in about 2 hours they sealed up holes where mice were entering and removed all traces of them. They also set traps to catch any that might find a way in.

They did a very thorough inspection all over the house. Ronald and his assistant put poison dust in moist areas behind showers and dishwasher and under sinks. They obligingly worked in their socks so as not to track dirt in from the outside. But, they charged an extra $50 over the special price because we were outside the city where they're located. Also we agreed to a contract for a quarterly treatment schedule but they never came back but maybe we were supposed to call?

Rodent exclusion service included initial visit by the owner to find out about my long-standing mice problem and recommend tratment options. The same day, Mr. David came and examined my rowhouse for entry points for mice and holes were sealed. This is something never done by prior compant used. Locked bait traps were placed in various safe places. I have a little dog and was very concerned about keeping any bait secured. RPC worked with me on this and respected my wishes. David returned monthly for three months to check the traps. So far no mice at all. RPC is very professional. They keep their appointments as promised and call ahead to confirm. Best of all - No Mice!

The exterminator arrived on time and was very professional. He did a thorough job of finding entry holes that mice were probably using. He pulled my kitchen stove out and cemented a hole that was behind it. None of these measures were taken by the company I used previously. I would certainly use this company again.
