We were very pleased with the knowledge, attention and patience of the employees of RPC--best of all they work on Saturdays.

The 2 gentlemen arrived, inspected the perimeter of my home, and the problematic areas inside where we had been seeing wasps/hornets. They found a hole that they had been using to enter my basement and were able to plug it up for me. They found a total of 3 nests and removed them all promptly. They techs were nice and efficient. I would hire again for more removals.

Quick response! Next business day service. Technicians were amazing and extremely thorough. I haven't seen any activity since their visit almost 2 months ago.

Did an absolutely thorough job even after trekking here to DC from Baltimore. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend or use again if needed.

I've used them twice. They do this irritating thing where you tell them exactly what the problem is and they come a second time So basically you make an appointment for a week and a half away for someone to look at it and then it was another appointment for someone to actually come and spray. I understand they have others to take care of, but it seems to be a little more drawn out than it needs to be.

Services were satisfactorily completed

We use them on an quarterly basis for maintenance purposes. They are very consciousnesses of notifications when its time for services. They are clearly oriented to maintain communications. They make sure that this is when we are coming. The need for meeting an deadline. Its this quarter is coming up. Inconsistency in prices, is the thing I dislike about them. Depend if you go with an quarterly plan, or every other month, or on demand. I had one experience in the last six months, and two employees gave two different prices for the same services. That kind of bothers me. How can that be. That is the same service, the same thing. Why would one employee tell me one thing, and another employee tell me another price. I think they could have done better on the price, but frankly its nothing I know about. They are totally on it. I am not personally there.

Very well. Very professional. Did exactly what they said they would. Called ahead. Showed up on time. Couldn't ask for more.

The keep calling me every week trying to get me to subscribe to more services. I keep blacklisting their tele number, but they keep calling from a different number. Only a spammer would call that often from so many different tele numbers. Note also that they are in Baltimore and charge an extra travel fee to come to the DC metro area even tho they advertise in the DC area.

The technicians arrived at the time scheduled. They did a very thorough inspection and were very knowledgeable. I was pleased with their service and would definitely hire again.

They came out on scheduled date in the given time frame, sprayed outside the house to treat for ants and mosquitoes, and also applied ant bait inside the house. Then, they came out again after two months to re-apply mosquitoes treatment as part of the warranty. Ants are gone now. Mosquitoes are tolerable but not all gone, although they are probably from neighbors' yards, which is beyond our control.

We have used this company on different occasions for our home and rental properties. They have always been prompt, and professional.

Tech came and was very communicative about what the issue was and gave a very fair estimate. I will use them to handle any issues that arise.

Now they come out to check the bait boxes to see if there has been any activity. My cat didn’t seem to have any interest in catching them. I had a mouse literally walk right up to me and the cat sitting right beside me eating her dinner, and I looked at the cat and I said you are so useless. They are charging me $70 a month. And now I’m on a bimonthly plan. They seem to have gotten rid of them. Call me back in the fall and I’ll see how I grade. The price is reasonable. They give you a time in between this time and that time and I always hate that. I’d really like to have an appointment, but not many places do that anymore. They got the baits and traps down right away. The communication and interaction with the service provider is very good. There is no clean up necessary.

The tech knew exactly where to look and patched holes for us.

I tried another company before this one and they came to my home and claimed there were no holes to fill. RPC was much more thorough and took an hour filling in around pipe entry, behind stove and where the floor connects to the wall.

It took about 2-3 days but the mouse is gone !!

The services provided by RPC were excellent. They were able to arrange to have a termite inspection within 24 hours of contacting them through Angie's List and the treatment was performed 2 days afterward. The 2 gentlemen arrived exactly at the appointment time, were very thorough, and answered all my questions. They applied the treatment in all the areas identified by the original inspector and all the cracks I identified. I would definitely use this company again for any pest control needs.
