Initially I happy with this company. I purchased the rodent exclusion package to take care of my problem with mice. The person did explain that the mice would not go away immediately. However my problem has not gotten better. After 3 visits my problem is worse and I have a true infestation in my house. I had another company out for a second opinion. They quickly identified numerous areas of entry for the mice. RPC and Services did not identify any of these areas during their service, which was supposed to include a complete inspection of my entire house to find points of entry. The employees were prompt, responsive, and friendly. But, I feel like I just wasted $300 as I am I better off than when I started. The $50 fee per visit adds up, and I cannot in good conscience continue to pay it and hope for results. I will move forward with another company who guarantees their work and does not charge a fee for each visit.

All the other companies that I called wanted to just set regular traps in my basement (i.e. glue traps and snap traps) that I could place down there myself and wanted to charge me more for it. I didn't think that was worth it. This company was the most reasonably priced, and did what they said they would do. I would recommend this company for any pest problem.

Initial visit was for consultation. Everything was explained thoroughly. Once I purchased the service, I got treatment and scheduled maintenance. I am very satisfied. The office staff is always pleasant and professional.

It took several months and several visits. The initial serviceman did not provide an explanation of how long it would take to rid us of the mice, nor explain the ongoing monthly service plan at $45/month after the first visit. After a week or so we saw no reduction in the mice population so i called RPC again and they said the next visit was $45 and would probably require several monthly visits to take care of the infestation. As this was not explained to me on the initial visit, another service tech(owner) came with the first guy to review his work, found a few more spots to plug and explained the ongoing services provided for the $45. He did not charge for this second visit and gave us much more information. We agreed to three more visits. By then the weather was warming up, so I am not sure if the service alone was what got rid of the mice but we haven't seen them or or any trace of them since.

Great service, and both people who were here were super friendly and informative. They came first and assessed. Then someone came and sprayed outside. A week later there were still a few bugs so they came back (part of the same price I had already paid so no charge) and sprayed again, this time inside. Six weeks or so later there is not even one ant. The only negative I would say is that a couple of times they didn't come when they said they would (once much later, once a bit earlier than my window) but they were really awesome to deal with otherwise and the job was done right.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. I ended up having to pay additional fees for additional visits, other than the initial consultation, which I hadn't really expected. I don't know if it was something I had agreed to initially. The issue sort of went away after two months but I had a three month commitment to continue seeing them. I wasn't super happy about that. The first one or two times they came, they were fairly prompt but after that it was literally hours of waiting for them to show up. They would give me a window and they would come as close to the very end of the window as possible which was very inconvenient for me. It was $50 per additional visit which seemed kind of high because all they did was check traps. The price was high.

I would have preferred the entire yard was not doused in pesticide. I thought, and was told that it would be the perimeter of the house.

We had a number of mice and called RPC because of its rating on Angie's List. They gave us an early appointment and arrive a few minutes after the time schedule. The service man put out extensive bait and traps. For about 3 weeks we say no reduction in the mice we saw and asked them to come back. They did so within a couple of days. Interestingly by then the number of mice we were seeing began to decline. They checked the baits that had been put out and determined that the mice were eating the baits, and just to be patient. New baits and traps were put out. We have not seen any mice in the last week. We did sign up for the 3 month program which brings them out every 30 days.

I really can't say enough good things about this company. I'd originally scheduled them to do the termite inspection for the house we're selling, but I had to cancel when our buyers chose another company. RPC was very professional when I canceled and asked us to keep them in mind in the future. Well we did just that. It turned out that we needed termite treatment, and much sooner than the other company was able to come treat. The owner came out on a Saturday to do an "emergency" inspection and had someone out here on Monday, which was just two days notice. It literally probably saved our deal, because our closing required the paperwork by a certain date. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and really went out of their way to accommodate us. We really recommend them!!

I think they were reasonable and they’ve done a good job. I live in a 12 unit condo building and they took care of my problem here in my unit. They’ve even suggested to me that I could have them come out quarterly, which is every 3 months for a lesser charge if I need to. It was good that they did that. I will continue to have them come out in the future.

Upon arrival I was told that I really didn't have a terrible problem they had seen worse but one bug in my house is one to many. They set me up for quarterly visits, I didn't have to call, they would call me to set up the visits. I am happy to say I haven't seen any since about the second time they were out. I'm hoping not to see any for a long time.

They were excellent. I called a week ahead to set my appointment and the receptionist was very helpful. I was called the day before and an hour ahead of time to confirm our appointment. He came out and provided a lot of information about why it was happening and looked for entry ways for rodents and eliminated holes and fixed problems. Also, he showed me how to fix problems on my own and taught me a lot about prevention of future problems. He left me with plenty of traps and poison and assured me that everything would be safe for the children in my home. I was extremely satisfied with his work. He even left his card for future questions. I don’t anticipate having future problems thanks to him.

The serviceman was very responsive and helpful. He answered all my questions and explained things in detail. They came for an initial estimate and worked around my schedule. I didn't have the ability to be home between 9-5 and this company worked with that. In addition, they came back to perform their service very quickly. The only problem I had was that initially I was told I would have to leave the house for 40 minutes. When the serviceman got here and started looking around, he said it was worse than he thought. I then had to leave my house for 6 hours! It was a big jump in time that I hadn't planned. It also left me out of my house until 11:30 on a work night. I think the serviceman should have looked in more detail in order to quote me a more accurate time during the estimate. I would have planned accordingly. Despite that, I haven't seen any ants or pests in my house!

Everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring. The technician gave me invaluable information about the ants that were invading our home. He spent a lot of time asking and answering my questions and gave explicit instructions regarding the procedure and follow up. He was careful to take into account that I was concerned that my cat might ingest some of the poison and assured me that the chemicals he was using were safe for animals. He listed the chemicals for me which I then looking up via the internet while he was here and confirmed that the information he gave me was in fact correct. I asked about quarterly service which he explained and I opted to sign up for that with the understanding that it could be canceled at any time. There was no pressure to participate. Bottom line. We have not seen one live ant since the service, are very pleased and would highly recommend RPC to customers looking for a professional and honest pest control company. We feel that we got our money's worth and a very positive experience.

The service was excellent. I had purchased a big deal and I had sent them an email setting aside a partcular date, and they were able to actually come out on the date that I had in mind. I paid for the big deal and then I paid extra for the follow up visits that I needed, but everything was done as stated on the big deal. They did the follow up to make sure that everything was fine and that we did not have any problems. They will come this Friday to do the follow up. He explained the whole process and how long it would take and did what needed to be done. They did a really great job and they are very efficient, you don't have to worry about setting up appointments, they will call you about it, and if you have a problem, then you can change it. They are very timely, they show up at the time they say, unlike some contractors who say they will come between 8 and 12 and then don't come at all. They do what they say they will do. Their price was reasonable, I compared them to others and I thought that theirs was an average price. I expected it to be a lot more. If I had another problem with whatever it might be, I would call them and if any of the neighbors had any issue, I would definitely recommend them.

They're very punctual, they were very professional, they took their time and explained thins to us. They were very competitive in price.

The tech said there was no evidence so he just put out traps. They spray monthly for 4 months and then go to quarterly. They increased the price to $80 but I don't recall that they told me. The office manager had to talk to her boss about the price but I wanted to talk to him. She hung up on me and I called her back to see why she hung up and to let her know that's not professional. I also let them know I do not want their service. They also came before the time frame that we scheduled. The service was done appropriatly but the lack of professionalism in the office was not.

Orkin had been here before- they identified a shredded as being gnawed on by mice. They place a couple of sticky traps in my basement, that's about it. After they left, I realized that the problem was moth larvae not mice. I threw out the rug and treated the other wool items in my home. A few nights later, I saw a mouse in my kitchen. So much for the sticky traps Orkin had placed. I found RPC on Angies list- they were the first people to respond and were very helpful on the phone. How I wish I had called them first! RPC was thorough. They checked the attic to the basement, front and back yard, they pulled out the stove and found how the mouse got in to my kitchen. RPC plugged the holes, set traps and came back a month later to check. No more mice or droppings. They are courteous and thorough. My oven pilot light went out after they moved the stove- I could not figure out how to re-light it. The technician came out to help me and was able to re-light it. No problems at all!

They were forthright and immediately told me that there would be extra charges to come to my home due to the distance. I wish the charge was more apparent in the Deal, itself, or I would not have bought it in the first place.

For several years, we have had an ant problem in the first floor. We had previously tried several solutions purchased from Home Depot / Lowes, etc. with minimal affect. We called RPC, who was punctual, professional and - most importantly - successful in ridding our home of ants. It has been several weeks and we have yet to see a single ant. Highly recommend RPC and would use them again.

As far as I can tell the problem is being solved. I haven't seen any rodents lately but they often go off to die elsewhere. The company said that it would take about a week. So far so good.

RPC & Services LLC was professional and quick to respond when I contacted them to initiate rodent control at a rental property I own. They did a good job of inspecting potential points of entry for the mice and sealed each one. They also placed traps/poison in areas where mice were seen. After about a week the problem seems to have been taken care of!

The work is ongoing-the problem requires a united effort including several households and a luncheonette . I am confident that RPC is doing an excellent job in my backyard and I have communicated this to neighbors. I intend to keep an ongoing service with tis company to assure that this problem is eradicated.

We had a lot of mosquitoes in our yard. We purchased a "big deal" from Angies list and RPC & Services sprayed our property for mosquitoes. The treatment was effective. We definitely noticed a decrease in our mosquito population. When the mosquitoes started coming back RPC came out and sprayed again at no additional cost.

RPC is great, I'm now a forever customer. They are responsive, timely, great to work with. I have pets in the house and the tech was very conscious of my worries. He was very thorough, covered every hole, laid bait, explained what each one did, gave advice, etc. My other pest service just laid traps and left, and the problem just seemed to get worse. After switching to RPC I haven't seen or heard a mouse since.
