Greeted me w/ a smile. Listened as I told him the problem. Grabbed his flashlight and Inspected behind stove, throughout first floor, basement, split level, walked the perimeter of the house, pushed back spider webs and leaves to get clear visual of possible access to house from outside, then made recommendations. Came inside and went to work: pulled out stove & plastered a hole, reached way behind sink & used steel wool to plug spaces around pipes behind stove & pipes in laundry room, inquired if we had pets before choosing where to put bait (poison) and traps, then placed bait in drop ceiling in basement, placed bate behind stove, placed sealed traps with lock & key - 1 near stove (out of eye sight), 1 under stove, and 3 or 4 outside, & I think 1 in drop ceiling. He next suggested a few treatment plans. Since, I did not have a bad problem, I chose a small plan (I forget what it is called), which brings them back in 30 days, and then 3 or 4 more times in 12 months. He assured me I could cancel at any time if I felt their service was no longer needed. I was glad I only needed the smaller plan - I saved me money! We filled out paperwork, I took one of the plans, and he left. He was very professional and courteous throughout his visit. So far, I have not seen another mouse!

Heard a mouse in my ceiling a few days ago. Decided to check out Angie's List to get some recommendations on who to use. It appeared that RPC was very highly reviewed....for good reason. Made the call (actually 30 minutes after hours) and they were happy to make an appointment next day. I opted for a couple days later. On arrival, the technician did a complete inspection of my house looking for entry points or evidence of any pests. No signs, but a couple places where it was possible for a rodent to make it's way in. They set some traps, put some poison in the ceiling and sealed the holes. Definitely recommended.

The service was performed excellently. My tenants who had seriously condemned the previous companies I sent for the same problem are now very satisfied! RPC did a wonderful job! I'm impressed.

It turned out fine. They were very punctual when we initially called and the provider that came out was very informative. He let us know some tips and some things to keep rodents away from our home. It was a generally good experience. Their price also seemed to be inline with what was out there. I would use their services again in the future if I need to.

I had to meet with them to talk about the price situation. They communicated their package and the work that they did wasn’t included in that package but they charged more than they really were supposed to. They charged me $275 and when I confronted them about their package, they cut it down to $237. They weren’t supposed to charge for an extra $76 so we just split that down in half. The experience was difficult for us. They came out when they were supposed to but the guy did not fully explain everything about the services that they offer. I called them back to talk to them about it and the first person I got to was pretty rude. Even when we had responded to them on Angie’s List, the owner wrote back with bad and inaccurate information. Even the technician admitted that was inaccurate. It didn’t go smooth. They should have explained it.

It was fantastic! Not only did they find and seal the hole where the mice were entering but they took extra time to ensure that our dogs would not be able to find the poison they laid for the mice. Additionally, they noticed we had an ant problem and they took some extra time to help us rid ourselves of the ants I'd been battling all summer long. I haven't seen any new mouse droppings and the ant problem was corrected as well! I am beyond excited and will always call them when I have any pest problems.

They were very through. They were very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Communicated well with what they saw. They reminded me when it was time for them to come back. They even pulled out my stove. When they said they were going to be there they were good. Their work was amazing!

Everything was great and would use this treatment company again.

I hired them for mice control on my rental property based upon angies list reviews. Very courteous, customer focused. Service person was professional and came on time.

They are gone! David was the technician. He is the nicest person you could ever imagine. I feel like we were old friends getting together. Great company-give them a shout.

the arrived very late - I had to call to confirm they were still coming. the employee was very pleasant and accommodating.

My main complaint with this provider is that the pricing is somewhat misleading. I purchased the $199 total rodent control big deal. I was only when the service person finished with that day's service that I was informed that in order to really get control of a problem with mice, it's strongly recommended that you also purchase 3 follow up visits for $45 each. The way it was explained, it almost seemed like I would have wasted the initial $199 outlay if I didn't do the 3 follow ups. So, although I had thought the $199 would be my total outlay, I really ended up spending another $135. If I had realized that it was going to cost me so much from the beginning, I might have chosen another provider. Also, I asked whether I could simply sign a one year contract and have the 3 follow ups included and was told that I could not. I could only buy the one year contract separately. This seemed to make no sense to me. I just had the third visit and am hopeful that the problem is under control finally. But I do recall a prior year when I had a worse problem with mice and called a company (I wish I remember the name) and they came one time and really took care of the entire problem. I also remember them doing a more thorough job the one time they came. If I could remember that company, I would go back to them..

I purchased a Deal that didn't cover my need.

I was not there when they work in the property but the person in the property at that time was satisfied with the job. I met the person who inspected the property and he was very professional and explained everything in detail.

They took care of what they could. The issue was that while installing a new heat pump a larger hole was created to facilitate the connections between basement and outdoor unit. This was where the rodents entered. RPC did a good job of placing poison and baits around the affected areas, and did squelch the problem on a short term basis. The only minor problem was that we were told by the first tech who showed up that they would come back to patch the problem hole, after the rodents had opportunity to get the poison and return to their nests. Subsequently, they returned and advised the hole was too large to fill as a "routine" part of their service, which was not the initial impression. RPC re-quoted us a price (~$200) to return to properly fill the hole. It may have been well-justified, however, we probably should have been advised as such on the first visit. We called the HVAC company and had them repair the hole, no charge, since it was their doing after all. In the end, our rodent problem was cured, and we would consider RPC again in the future since they did do a nice job.

It was effective. We have not seen any mice since then.

Very happy - they really know their stuff! Before they came I was wondering - how are they going to get rid of these mice - and then I found out. They sealed-up any potential access points. Removed food sources (like my bird feeder which I do miss!). And they put down traps and baited to take care of any mice that were still in the house. The house was built in 1996 (17 years old), so it was built fairly tightly and fairly easy to seal-up. Before they came, I was seeing mouse droppings all over the place (e.g., under my kitchen sink), and now it's been a few months, and I haven't seen any!

They were pretty efficient. We did have to reschedule once, probably they hadn't finished their previous job in time to make it on my place but it was really not an inconvenience. Other than that, it worked out very well and I was pretty satisfied. I would use them again. Quality means that their treatment was effective but there's really no way of knowing that in advance. In five years, I could tell if whether their treatment is effective or not.

I recently moved into a house with a known history of termites. Although there was no current damage or infestation, I decided to be proactive and get preventative treatment because of the past history. I purchased this treatment as an Angie's List big deal. The very next day RPC was in contact with me to schedule an assessment. They worked around my schedule and met with me when I requested. The gentleman who came was friendly, polite and professional. He did a thorough inspection, explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He arranged for the treatment in just a couple of days. The treatment was done as promised and there was no disruption to the property. At every stage of the process, they were very cordial and communicative. They called to verify the inspection time, the treatment time, and even called back for feedback. There were absolutely no attempts to up-sell services or sell me any services I did not need. All-in-all this was a very pleasant experience. I plan to use them for annual follow-up and would recommend RPC very highly.

The owner of RPC did the initial inspection/scheduling visit, and was thorough in his inspection/evaluation of the house structure. We worked out a prospective date for the service to occur - due to a sudden change to my schedule, they were very accomodating in moving their service schedule up one day, and up three hours so I could make my appointment. They were VERY professional and proactive throughout. The technician who showed up at the agreed time knew what he was doing, and proceeded in a very timely manner to apply the Termidor in what I knew was the proper technique. The application was comprehensive and thorough.
