I called RPC to get a quote for treatment of various varmints in and around the house: ants, roaches, termites, and mice. I think I called on a Tuesday or Wednesday, and Mr. Ron (the "R" in "RPC") came out that following Saturday to have a look around. Our primary concern was the termites, and Mr. Ron patiently and professionally explained to us how the termites got into the house, about how long he thought they'd been there, even which side of the house they came in on. With regard to all the pests we were dealing with, he thoroughly explained the process and the chemicals that RPC would use to most efficiently and safely (for us and our two cats) control the pests. When Mr. Dave came out about a week later, he was on time, polite, professional, funny, and raring to go. He treated internally and externally, drilling holes into the cement around the house for the most effective termite treatment, and then filling the holes back in with cement. He placed bait traps internally and externally for the mice, and performed additional treatment for the ants and roaches. All told, Mr. Dave was there for about two hours, if I remember correctly. The entire service cost us about $975, which I thought was expensive, but I've never had pest control done before and so have no basis for comparison. I will say that RPC's quote did come in way under some of the other pest control places I contacted. Regardless, it's been close to two months since the treatment, and we have seen neither hide nor hair of any creatures in the house that don't belong there. I cannot recommend this provider highly enough. Everyone we dealt with, from the lovely ladies who answered the phone, to Mr. Ron, who came out to do the appraisal, to Mr. Dave, who came out to do the treatment, was fabulous. If you call this provider for your pest control problems, expect nothing but polite, professional, thorough service. Double triple A+!!!!

We had problem with ant colonies from outside expanding into the house. A representative came and gave an estimate. He was very courteous and seemed knowledgeable. They showed up on time for the spray, etc. After a few weeks, we still saw ants, so I contacted them, and they promptly came out for another spray at no cost. Have no problem with ants the rest of the summer. Crossing finger for this coming summer.

The exterminator was great. He was punctual, friendly and knew exactly where the mice were getting into our house. He sealed up the point of entry and we haven't had a mouse in the house since. He went the extra mile and gave us sticky pads for an unrelated cricket infestation.

They were good. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They were solid. I did feel a little bit of sales pressure which I don't like very much, but that's totally to be expected. They did a very thorough job. Everything they did was good.

Technician was extremely friendly and helpful. On the original visit in December, technician plugged any possible access points he found and baited. He returned in January to check for any problems and to check bait boxes. Luckily for me, haven't seen a single mouse this winter (a first). I would highly recommend RPC!

They were great. We had worked with another company before contacting RPC, but continued to have problems. RPC & Services found an entry point that the other company had not seen in several inspections. We've been mice-free since RPC performed services. Also, RPC, unlike the other company, took care of the problem in one visit. The other company would send a representative out to determine if there were entry points and another person would come out on another visit to seal the holes. We had to be available each time someone came to our house. We liked RPC's approach--one vist and done. RPC is conducting follow-up visits, but we anticipate that those will stop after we are confident that the problem has been resolved.

It was good & I’m continuing to use their services. They’ve been out 3 times total. They were treating for mice.

I purchased the Rodent Exclusion Package. David, the techician, assessed the foundation for rodent entry points and placed steel wool and patched those areas. He placed bait and traps. He was very courteous and informative.

They arrived on time, did the work and a little education. They called back to see if we need a maintenance plan. We didn't. Very professional.

it was fine and they were wiling to come out a second time even though I had passed the deadline I wouldn't have them come back because I wouldn't spray for mosquitoes again. It's not effective enough to be worth the effort and we're not around enough in the summer to care.

We were not quite satisfied, it was okay, so we didn't continue. The charges were reasonable. We found the problem ourselves, the mice were coming in through the fireplace. They gave me some good suggestions. The price was good.

We've contracted with RPC for a couple years now. They initially came out to treat a cricket problem. They treated inside and outside the house. After the initial treatment, they were scheduled quarterly to treat the outside. Each quarter, a rude receptionist would call to schedule the next appointment. She'd ask if we were available on a particular date. I'd indicate that we'd be at work, but it was fine for them to come as they only needed to treat the outside. After they treated, they'd send and invoice in the mail and we'd pay by check. The last couple of quarters they began changing their terms. First, they wouldn't bill afterwards any more and demanded a credit card on file. Fine, I game them a credit card. Then after each service, they'd call you before charging your credit card. This phone call always came during the day while we were at work. They'd be closed after work when we were able to call back. They'd continue to leave threatening, rude phone calls demanding payment. Most recently they began demanding a confirmation phone call before providing service on a pre-scheduled date. They'd call the morning of service, after we'd already be at work. If you don't return their confirmation phone call, they refuse to service. Even if you set up your appointment the day before. It's just become too difficult to deal with the receptionist Tasheeka and RPC's business practices.

The mouse was found dead two days later. The service worked perfectly

They did a good job. They were a little bit lack in the scheduling department but it was worked out easily. They were supposed to come in the morning but they ended up coming in the afternoon without any warning. They were professional and did make some recommendations for the future which they told my tenant. I prefer they would have called me and told me about that. I felt the price was fair.

. They were still active afterwArds, so u had to have them come out a month later for follow-up, which I did not know I had to pay extra for. Still had problems after that, so I got a cat. He killed mouse first night I had him, and haven't seen any since. Should have went raft route first time.. Lol

We were really happy with Andre, he knew what he was knowledgeable and informative. He was on time and gave us advice during the visit when he saw issues (didn't know that mice like dog food so much). We called even though we felt like we could catch mice in our snap traps, but putting out poison with kids and pets was a little too nerve racking for us. I am confident that the locations where things were placed will not be accessable to the kids/dog but will still be effective. We were previous Orkin customers that were baited into a yearly contract which I think is dirty because they never solve the problems in the first place. Not once did Orkin patch the foundation to stop infestations because that would be bad for business. RPC will be our pest control people from now on.

It was good. The important thing they did is they covered all of the holes in my house. They are very professional. I never had any issues since the service. They did a good job.

It was fine they did above and beyond, they were very patient and they explained what they were doing each step of the way. They were informative regarding their products and the procedure.

Was very comfortable with the level of knowledge and professionalism. The tech asked if we had pets to make sure the bait wasn't left where a cat/dog might find them. Was courteous and friendly, even if a little late -- they're obviously busy, so scheduling early in the day might help get you in during the scheduled window. Only took about 1 hour, even checked basement and attic above the garage. Will see how follow-up service goes, but if it keeps mice out of the house, it's well worth it.

They were excellent. I used them twice. One was a rat problem with a tenant that they laid bait for and traps. They knew where they were coming from and relayed to me. The other for another house that they killed the mice and tenant is very happy and explained that they were so much better than the competitor I had come out prior. She has not seen any since.

Purchased rodent deal and added spiders. They arrived on time and were very friendly and knowledgeable. I hadnt seen any mice, just some droppings in the garage. Haven t seen any since. they were very animal friendly too. I will continue to use their service.

Very professional - prompt/immediate service - did not charge me for the assessment. advised me that what i had done already should work and to call back if i was still experiencing issues. Can't say enough about the professionalism and honesty. Did not try to charge me for the visit when at this point nothing was needed. Will definitely use them in the future and highly recommended them.

they evaluated my broken dryer, ordered a part and returned when they said they would. on time and with no additional costs.

It turned out that I did not have roaches. I came back from a long trip and I wanted to make sure I did not have any. It took them about 2 hours and 2 employees came out. The fumigation that they used was a fog system. I did leave the condo, as well as them when the fog was going on. It was odorless and left no film though, and they left me with instructions. Everything was fine and they had a fair cost.
