It went well. I'd use them again if they have another deal going.

I called them and they came out the day they agreed to and they were earlier than expected which was actually a good thing! I didn't wind up going with their service since I found out that I had that same service included in a contract I already have with someone else, but the price they offered for the job they would need to do was beyond fair.

I was not please with this service provider and he couldn't answer all of my questions. I would like a refund. He was unable to answer my most important question. We have a rather small crawl space. I wanted to know the circumference effectiveness area of application of the Termidor,

They did an assessment and put bait down. They came back to check the bait and replaced the poison. The staff was very nice it just seemed expensive for the service.

I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal Rodent Exclusion Package since, by coincidence, I found a rat in my house days before. RPC responded to the purchase the same day. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and professional, and she was very flexible about scheduling. I called back to ensure that the practices were humane or that it was an option, and the woman on the phone said it was no problem, I just had to let the technician know when he arrived and discuss my options. Here's my only quibble: This discussion took place on a Monday, and the appointment was for that Friday. I got a call Thursday afternoon--a message I did not receive till Thursday evening, when the business was closed--that "their records show" that I wanted humane practices (wasn't this the same woman I spoke with? "their records show"?), and they do not do trap-and-release. This irritated me, as I had already taken Friday off for the appointment and did not know what to do. Was the appointment on? Should I go to work? Would they have any options for me? But when I did speak with the woman the next day, she said the appointment was still on, and they could just skip the bait box (poison) if that was my decision. The technician was supposed to arrive between 12:00 and 3:00, and he arrived at 2:45--hardly early, but within the time frame. He was personable. He looked through the house for evidence of rats and found nothing (which was a relief, if somewhat confusing). He found only a couple possible points of entry, which he blocked with cement. He highly recommended a bait box, which I refused, and he was pleasant enough about that (said many people made the same choice, although it was not what he would do). I have no idea if did a great job or a lousy job, as I don't know what a great or lousy job would look like compared to what he did. His search of the house seemed adequate but not painstaking, e.g., he didn't move furniture, but I don't know what's necessary--it seemed that he could just get a view of the area and look for droppings and such. Anyway, time will tell. RPC followed up with a phone call to make sure I was happy with the service. I think it was an opportunity to sell regular service, which seemed odd since I opted not to use what mostly constitutes their service--the bait box--and the technician didn't find any evidence of a rat problem. Still, the call was pleasant enough. I would try RPC again; my only recommendation is that they work on their internal communications a bit. Oh, and I gave a "B" on the price because I researched several companies in the area, and $299 (without the Big Deal) seems to be the going rate--no higher or lower than anyone else.

Called for ant problem. Scheduling no problem, came at appointed time, called right before coming. Thorough service with excellent follow up.

I had an issue with flying carpenter ants and RPC was able to fix the problem. I received an estimate and service all in the same day. The exterminator was extremely professional and came between his 3 hour window. Let's hope they are gone for good.

The initial service was phenomenal. The gentleman was able to quickly identify the pest and find the places the pest was entering the basement and the first floor. He then patched these entry ways and called for another worker to come help. The additional help arrived within 15 minutes with all needed supplies and more. I then chose to use them for a 4 month follow up (with the last of these services today). They have been nothing but helpful and friendly. They really know what they are doing and ask a very fair price. I have perviously used Orkin and there was no change. Within 2 weeks of RPC's initial visit we had no more activity. I am planning to use them on an on-going preventative schedule. They are phenomenal!

I am requesting a refund through no fault of the provider. I purchased the coupon before checking with my landlord, who does not want the service performed. Thank you for your prompt assistance.

Treatments were applied quickly and efficiemtly and proved to be very effective.

So far, no more evidence of mice that I have seen. I think they may have taken care of it.

I bought the Angie's List deal for rodent abatement. Minutes after purchasing the deal, I received a phone call from RPC to schedule an appointment to come out. I was very happy with the customer service over the phone. David came out on the scheduled day and quickly set traps both inside and outside the house. He disposed of a dead mouse I had caught in a snap trap overnight. David was very professional and courteous, on time, and knew what he was doing.

Diagnosed problem area on our neighbor's property. Provided bait traps for property line. Pointed out points of entry and infestation probability. Made suggestions to remedy the situation.

RPC services came out and identified that the type of creature that was inhabiting the premises was a squirrel and recommended a service provider as well as recommended methods for eliminating the squirrels. There was a $75 fee for coming out and assessing the premises, which took about 15 minutes.

Great. He set traps, placed poison in contained areas which were inaccessible to our pet, sealed areas of potential entry by the mice and explained why he used one technique versus another while doing the work. We were very pleased and would highly recommend their services.

The service was excellent! I used a huge extermination company previously, but they never resolved my issue. RPC searched and covered all entry points and the issue was resolved within 2 months. I continued on for their 3-month service afterwards, which was much cheaper that Terminix, Orkin, etc. They did an excellent job!

It was great. We had a very bad mouse problem but after they closed up all the holes we instantly saw a drop in the number of mouse sightings and we no longer saw evidence of the mice in our home. After about 3 months the mice were pretty much gone, although I have recently seen a few droppings and will be calling them to come out again to place some more bait before it becomes a problem again. It was totally worth the money, I thought the problem had gotten so bad that there was nothing they could be done but after their first visit we saw immediate results. they were very thorough and very professional, I would definitely recommend them.

David was the tech who provided the pest control service. He was very prompt to each of the scheduled visits. He was very knowledgeable and assured me that there were no signs of critters in my home during his third visit. I would definitely hire this company again and would recommend to others for any type of pest control.

I had them out today. They said they couldn't handle this particular situation. They gave me a recommendation for another company that could handle squirrels. They were polite and professional. They did still charge me $75 to come out and investigate the issue. They assessed that the issue was squirrels and they couldn't handle that.

The woman who handled setting up the appointment at RPC was very professional and I was able to get an appointment that accommodated my schedule. The two technicians that came out very quickly identified the entry point where the rats were getting into the house. Within an hour, they had gone out to purchase the supplies they needed from the hardware store, patched everything up and set up the bait inside and outside. The next day I got a call to schedule my monthly maintenance appointment. Two weeks in, and I haven't heard any rustling in the vents. Great service!

They had good service. I don’t have anything to compare their price so I assume it was good. The service has been reflective since it was performed. They had a hard time finding my location. I think the pricing was good.

We never saw any mice caught on any of the traps and still see them periodically. I've contacted another vendor instead. They didn't do anything wrong - just tough to get rid of this problem. Their receptionist/scheduler could be a bit more pleasant.

I submitted an online request for a quote for quarterly general pest prevention/spraying through their website. On the same day, I received a call from the office to schedule a time to come to our house and give us a quote for spraying or whatever they would do. They asked me when I would be available, and I told them the next day between 11AM and 1PM knowing I had things scheduled 8-10AM and 1:30-5PM. They said 11AM to 1PM was ok, and I put it on my calendar. The following morning around 8:30, I did receive a phone call from the office confirming my availability between 11AM to 1PM. I confirmed, and at 11AM I waited. Finally, at 12:50 I get a call from the office telling me they could not find my address online, which makes sense since I am in a brand new community, and we are not searchable on some map websites. Thinking the serviceman was stuck somewhere close by, I asked where he was so I could give step by step directions from where he was. The woman at the office proceeded to say that the serviceman was running about 30 minutes late. I told her I could not make the appointment and would call back. On second thought, I will not call back. This is the first encounter they would have with a customer who made himself available to you for service, and they failed. First impressions matter. If I can't depend on them to show up within a huge time window to walk around my house, how can I depend on them to keep the bugs out.
