My tenant complained of seeing mouse droppings around the house. I purchased the Rodent Exclusion Package and scheduled appointment shortly thereafter for the service. The service rep came as scheduled. He left baits around the house and plugged small holes in and around the house so the mice could not travel. We were offered other packages to kill/prevent other termites and we declined. The rep said that if we wanted follow up on the rodent situation just call them again. But this treatment did the trick and we have not had any more problems with mice. I would call them again if there is a need.

Andre arrived promptly and was very professional. He was knowledgeable about his business and I appreciated how he was able to educate me on mice and their habits. Andre checked the 1st floor, the basement and the outside of the house for holes that the mice use to enter the house and he used steel wool and cement to block the holes. He also put down several traps on the inside and outside of the house to prevent mice from re-entering. I purchased the optional service agreement and will have regular monthly monitoring of mouse activity. I will definitely recommend this company to others.

Initial phone contact with RPC was professional and thorough. They called the morning of the service to confirm. Technician, David Anderson, arrived on time and was very thorough with his inspection. Even climbed on the roof and into our attic looking for infestation. We had been hearing sounds which seemed to come from the attic. His conclusion was that some critter was trying to get in but hadn't succeeded. He advised that we move our bird feeder far away from the house. It was hanging from the eves of the house. I removed it and, so far, the noises have stopped. His inspection gave us some peace of mind. We'll worth the cost.

The company closed up some holes around my home. They also put down traps and poison. They offered advice on what we could do to assist in keeping pests out. Top notch service from start to finish.

I purchased the package for rodent service. I had noticed some droppings and I've contracted pest companies a number of times in the past. I purchased a couple of mouse traps and had caught a few mice. The provider showed up on the day of the appointment. They were very friendly. They looked for "entry points" around the house and behind the stove. They filled in three spaces if they were small, ones that were larger they said I would have to do and they explained how. I've dealt with 4 different companies and this was the first time that anyone pointed out these particular types of entry points. They went to the basement but not to the attic. They left 3 plastic bait traps where the mice are supposed to take the bait back to the nest and kill the rest. They were there a total of 20 minutes or so and advised that they come back out. So all in all, they were very nice but they charged me $200 to tell me the things I needed to do and the areas I needed to fill, leave 3 bait traps, and fill 3 small holes that I very much doubt were the actual entry points (based on my past experience with 4 other pest companies - though admittedly I am not an expert. I just think that what they did wasn't worth anywhere near the $200 I paid. I could pick up bait traps myself and fill the holes myself - had I wanted to do that. I didn't which is why I hired someone to take care of it for me. It didn't seem to help but I am going to handle it myself or pick another company to hopefully find an experience that I'm more used to with a better value for my money.

Technician was extremely knowledgeable and I was confident that he both knew what he was talking about and that the service provided would work. I signed up for the recommended treatment for 3 additional months. So far, so good.

They evaluated my rodent problem and took care of it. They were professional and meticulous. They took my pets into consideration in providing treatment for rodents.

Andre McCray, who was the representative who performed our services, was absolutely exemplary of excellence in customer service, he was knowledgable about every question we asked him (and there were MANY) and he patiently described details of what he was doing along with showing us each step. I couldn't feel more confident in the company we chose to provide services for our home and I would happily recommend them to anyone seeking these services.

Noticed a difference within a week of the service! RPC made contact with me immediately to set up an appointment. Initially, I was planning on setting a date for them to come out later in the week, however, the secretary called me back and managed to work me in the first day we spoke. Andre (the technician) was very personable and professional. I expressed my concerns that the last exterminator I had out, simply placed traps around the house and charged me $200. He assured me that he would do whatever possible to prevent the mice from ever getting back into our house. We walked around my property and he was able to discover spots that I had never noticed. He spent at least 1.5 hours patching holes (with expensive copper mesh) and placing traps inside and out. When he finished, I was very satisfied with the work. So far, we haven't had any evidence of mice. I'm considering using their monthly treatment service because of the quality of work. As a do-it-yourself type person, I always struggle with calling someone to fix my problems. After years of battling the mice and trying to locate all the entry points, I feel that RPC may have solved the problem. Highly recommend.

I purchased the Rodent Exclusion Package on Angie's List and one of their representatives called me the same day to discuss what the package entails and set up an appointment during the date and time that I preferred. The service techs were punctual, professional, and upon completing the work explained to me what was done and what was recommended going forward. They suggested follow up services, but didn't do a "high pressure sale" because my home had minimal signs of activity. I will monitor any future activity & would use RPC for future needs if needed.

Great as usual. There is no other company Id use.

Contract was incredibly knowledgeable, and found 3 ways mice were getting into our house, that neither I nor 3 or 4 others who had looked noticed. Plugged up the holes with cement, and then set bait inside the house. Haven't seen any evidence of mice in the last 2 months!

RPC has excellent customer service. They contacted me the same day I purchased the deal from Angie's List. The service representative was very professional over the phone. The technicians arrived on time and were very knowledgeable about my recent pest problem. I am using them in the future for my properties.

RPC&S were great. Their technicians were knowledgable, thorough, and friendly. If you want to know anything at all about rodents, they will be more than happy to answer. RPC&S were easy to contact and coordinate with. They did their work quickly and effectively. They were a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't recommend enough.

Saw results almost immediately. Have seen no obvious evidence of any current infestation since treatment began.

The service started out well. Prompt and responsible. Had monthly visits. Service called me to schedule next appt. When they never showed up I called them. They had a completely different customer down. They denied ever scheduling with me, then hung up. Poor customer service.

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was for a rental property. They showed up on time, they did their job, they stayed within their quoted price, and there was no problem. They made arrangements with the renters, and they came out within a week after I bought the deal. I haven't had any more complaints about mice, so they obviously did their job.

Employee showed up on time w/an identifying work suit. Was patient w/letting us know what he would be doing and what we could do for maintenance of future mice.

The service was excellent. I called several firms for same-day service and they were the only ones who would add us to their schedule. Their office kept me updated on the arrival time of their guy. He was professional, thorough and friendly. Since in the end there really was no problem it was a "no charge" visit. Will definitely use them again.

We've had the initial service and see less rodent activity. They really take the time to educate you.

He placed poison and sealed several entrances that the mice could enter. Since I received services from RPC I have not seen any evidence of mice.

I purchased a "Rodent Exclusion Package" deal but never received any service from the company. The company sent me an email the day I purchased the deal and stated that they would contact me within 2 business days to schedule my appointment and get more information. After over two weeks, the company still has not contacted me.
