The RPC empoyee, Paul Edwards, was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He did everything expected without wasting time and answered all of my questions about critters. He recommended better sealing of my front door with either weather stripping or a new door (my front door is so warped that critters can waltz right in). He gave his opinion that I did not have a mouse infestation, just a single mouse that found its way in.

Showed up at appointed time. Very professional and courteous. Wore 'booties' inside of the house. Explained the process that would be used including the 6 month guarantee.

So, two different grades: for the on-site service, an A--they know their stuff and were great to work with. I have neighbors who do not maintain their property, so I have to be vigilant about pest control. They came out and were thorough in checking indoors and out, set traps and provided a lot of helpful information about how to avoid repeat problems. Every follow-up visit showed no indoor problems and drastically reduced outdoor activity, so it's been very effective. Dealing with the office on the other hand--that's a C. I'd get regular voicemail telling me my account is due to be canceled--strikes me as a weird way to do biz. I recently came back from a vacation and was told they wouldn't do their usual monthly visit unless I paid double the normal fee, because more than a month had elapsed since the last check. There is no evidence of a new pest problem--this would have been just another maintenance visit. This policy struck me as capricious, so I said forget it; I can check the traps myself.

It goes very well, they are very hands on and pleasant and responsive.

The men arrived on time and were very professional. They told me things about rats I didn't know and since I live next to a bakery, they were very knowledgeable about how I could protect my home against rodents. They also service the bakery so when I told them my issues, the recognized the problem right away.

When I used Angie's list to purchase the deal it was written in a way that was slightly misleading. The headline read: $199 for Rodent Exclusion Package (rats or mice) ! I read this to mean that whatever you had, they would get rid of. I entered dates that I'd be available and then heard nothing back from them other than an email that let me know they would be contacting me. I then called them and they were a bit defensive with why they didn't contact me by phone. Then they mentioned all the things that this deal didn't cover. I said to myself: "Uh-oh... here we go. You just got suckered into a marketing trick." Ultimately they did schedule an appointment, showed up on time and did their work. Yet again, there were certain things that they wouldn't do - that turned out to be pretty critical in solving our issue - like taking out the dishwasher - as that was a major entry point into our kitchen that the mice were using. My wife, instead, did the work to pull the dishwasher out and then the worker said that he couldn't patch that area as the hole was too large. Long short, my sentiment is that a service provider should be prepared for all circumstances to solve the problem. I'll pay more if the job becomes complex but I don't like the idea of paying any money where the problem isn't resolved. After all of this, I'm hopeful that the poison has done its job. We'll see as time continues. I think that RPC & Services has a capable staff but they are too worried about "risk mitigation" and not worried enough about solving the issue. At the end of the day, I think they could have done work to assure us that the problem was solved and made even more money with the job (explaining to us how our circumstances warranted additional work that wasn't accounted for until they got to the scene). I would have been much happier if that had happened. Hope this helps.

The contractor was very professional, punctual and did the job thoroughly. I don't have any complaints as of yet. I had a problem with box elder bugs which was coming from my neighbor's house. So far, since the service, I have not seen any of them festering along my drive way and deck door.

A very nice gentlemen came and walked through my home and gave it the"all clear" for Termites after his inspection. He was very honest regarding our carpenter bee concerns. He stated that at the current time treating for them would do nothing because the best time to deal with them is when they are laying their eggs which would not happen again until next spring. He did not charge us at all for the termite inspection.

Scheduling was super easy. Technicians arrived on time and were very nice. On the monthly service, talked about the dog finding the traps and they were great about changing the placement of the traps. Could not recommend them more.

The representative from RPC arrived right on time and was very attentive to my concerns (some evidence of mice in the house we just bought). He inspected the house from top to bottom, identified potential problem areas and fixed them (including patching some mice/rat-sized holes in the foundation), and left traps/bait. He used boot covers when he came back inside from his inspection of the foundation. I was very impressed with their prompt, friendly service, and would use them again if the need arises.

Was very impressed by professionalism and responsiveness of everyone with whom I encountered. The first treatment date was miss-scheduled through a misunderstanding - probably caused by me. When I advised RPC they could not have been more helpful and were able to reschedule soon at a convenient time. We were warned that we may see moths after the main treatment and to call if we did. RPC called first to follow up. Subsequently I did see a couple moths and advised RPC, as before was treated with great professionalism. I highly recommend RPC.

So far so good. Haven't seen any mouse droppings or mice. I hired the company to come back monthly for the next 3 months to make sure they are really gone. Also, I'm sure I'll be using them for ants in the near future!

We loved RPC & Services. They came and did every thing and then they came back and checked everything. And then, you could do like three subsequent months visits at $50 a visit. They were extremely professional, extremely thorough and extremely knowledgeable- they are the best exterminators I have ever met. They cleaned every corner of the house, cemented holes, put traps inside and put poison in the holes and covered them with cement. They were really thorough.

It was the best experience we have ever had. The technician was very good at explaining everything that he was doing. We called them because of mice, he showed us where they were coming in, he put barriers both outside the house and inside the house, he really knew and enjoyed his work, and felt confident about it. He explained that we could have them come in every month, every other month, every year if we wanted and of course that would be at an additional fee. That was in February and so far, we haven't had any problems. The only down side was that about a month afterwards, their office called and asked when we wanted him to come back. I said that at this point, we didn't need to set anything up and we were just thinking of having an annual return, and she said that if we didn't have him come this month, then they would have to charge us an additional $25 fee for not scheduling. I told her to forget it, because that is not how it was first represented to us. I would pay the $199 for them to come out on an annual basis, and I was very pleased with the technician. I thought the price was fair. The technician was professional. I would recommend them, but I would be careful to understand things up front with the business office.

I was squeezed in on a busy Saturday as I was freaking out having seen over 5 mice in my house/kitchen. The technician was professional and personable. He explained how they were getting in and plugged the holes from the inside and out. He put stuff inside where my dogs could not get into it. I have seen no mice since the treatment.

Very friendly and attentive service and they work around your schedule We can only be at the house after 4:00 on weekdays and they make sure to accommodate us. My husband was even 20 minutes late for an appt. due to traffic and they waited for him to get home. We'll be coming up on a year of service in June and have never had any issues or mouse visitors. Very thorough inspection of the house and all possible entrances from the outside are plugged up and check with each revisit. I would definitely recommend this service!

It worked out just fine. I would use them again.

They are courteous and did what was needed to be done. I believe they have taken care of my pest problem now. There could be better communication and customer service from the people in the office. I was pleased with the work and the service rep. Andre.

I chose this company since they had such high ratings on Angie's List, however I was seriously disappointed. I have spent over $600 since October and gone beyond their recommended service and followed all their recommendations and we still have mice. This is on top of the way I was initially overcharged and treated by the technician. I have a house that is split into two apartments, they initially charged me as an apartment complex. After I investigated further, I realized that I had been overcharged. I contacted them and in their defense they immediately changed the initial charge for service to $365 instead of the $519 that they had quoted me. But the technician who initially came also didn't answer my questions or address my concerns. For instance, I asked if the follow up service was really necessary (which I feel is a completely legitimate question) and the technician who came said "Let me put it this way, if you broke your arm would you go to the doctor more than once?" I pointed out that he wasn't a doctor and it wasn't relevant to the situation at all. I felt I was being treated this way because I was a single woman. I complained to the company and to their credit, they immediately called me to address the issues. I felt uneasy about continuing with RPC, but was assured the matter would be addressed. I asked that the technician not be sent again and agreed to move forward with the recommended monthly service. Low and behold, a month later they sent the exact same technician. I decided to just bear with it. Why bother complaining again when they just seem to ignore my requests. It was also during this visit that the technician pointed out that I needed drywall repair behind a cabinet so that month I hired a handyman and bought drywall for him to install. When the handyman got there, he said that there just needed to be a little spackling and no dry wall was necessary. I luckily had other things for the handyman to work on but was still disappointed that I had listened to the technician. My tenants and I followed every recommendation and continued service with RPC. I felt I had already invested a lot of money and every month, I hoped that they would finally get rid of the mice. At this point though I've gone beyond the recommended service and still have mice. Much of this would have been forgiven if they had taken care of the problem but they didn't.

Once they did the things noted above, they took the time to let me know that it was a process and wouldn't be solved overnight. They said it typically takes two to three months to have the activity under control. They also talked about providing other services I was interested in such as flea and tick treatment for my lawn and cricket extermination for my basement.

I do not want to do the work at this time.

We first had them in November over the holidays because it was for a rental property. They told us then the first initial fee was so much, and then it was $50 a month after that. That was pretty good; I didn’t mind $50 a month. The holidays came and went. I finally called back to have them do it again. Then the woman called yesterday. It was $316 for the three apartments for the bugs. Then she says that its $50 a month for the next three months. I said that I thought it was for the whole year. She said no and that it's only for three months. One person probably said $50 a month to keep it up and then this woman said that we only get three months. Then I would have to pay about $300 again. I didn’t like that. It should have been a little more clear. They were good. They come right away. The guy was really nice. With regard to price, I didn’t really have anything to compare it with. The quality was good. Their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were very good.

They provide good service.They've filled holes and sprayed insecticide. Our house is almost entirely free from pests. I am not a huge fan of spraying poison in my house so I'm a little uncomfortable with it but it did kill the bugs we got at the end of the summer. Also, I would say to make sure you communicate with the staff and pay attention to what they are doing in the house just so you know where they are placing traps, spraying, etc. because they haven't always recorded what they've done in the house.
