ROOFS ARE US

Excellent customer service. Of 6 contractors to bid on the job, this was the only company that knew the use of high impact shingles would yield a homeowners insurance premium discount. Our insurance carrier is USAA. Upon receipt of the class IV high impact shingle installation certificate, the insurance carrier reduced our annual insurance premium by 1 third - FOR LIFE!!!. That worked out to an annual savings (at current premiums) of $542/year for as long as we live in this house. In addition, they were on time, finished in under 1 day, cleaned up ,meticulously and produced an excellent roof on three structures. We couldn't be more pleased with the result and with their advice. Especially since the upcharge for the high impact roof was only a little more than $800.

I have been using roofs are us for years, on my property and rental property. Randy Souders, owner works right a long with his crew on all the roofs I have needed. He has been the family roofer, my son has rental property and Roofers Are Us has been his Roofer for years too! He does not cut corners, and his work is top notch! Would not use anyone else. Two years after putting on my roof a storm tore shingles off, we had extra shingles and he fixed the roof free of charge.

My leaks happend during the heavy rains of hurricane Irene. So most roofers were very busy. It took about a week before Roofs Are Us were able to come and provide an estimate. Once they gave me an estimate, I was able schedule the repair work. They were right on time and did the work in a reasonable amount of time. They were also very careful to clean up after themselves. It hasn't rained yet since the repair work was done, so I will have to update this report only if I still have any leaks.
