+ -1 moreIt has gone great. We have used him twice now and will continue to call him for all kinds of repairs. He advertises that he does carpentry, dry wall, painting and ceramic tile. And he does all of those things very well. He is precise, honest and hard-working. He gives you an estimate and will tell you if it may run over or under, depending upon what unforeseen factors may crop up after he begins the work. For example, he started to repair some wood on our front porch. Then he inspected it and showed us where it was rotted out in several places. Since more work was required than we originally thought, we renegotiated a fair rate. I can't speak highly enough about him.
Description of Work: We have used Richard to paint our kitchen and first floor ceiling, repair dry wall, tile our kitchen floor, repair wood on our front porch, and he also cemented a patch around an outdoor light.
