+ -1 moreI met Clausen and Mark at a Live baltimore event in Pigtown. We talked about what neighborhoods I wanted to look at, and that same week they sent me listings to choose from, They worked with my schedule and looked at houses on the weekends. Mark and Clausen were very responsive to any emails and questions I had and once I chose a house, gave suggestions on how to ease the process. Their referrals, Academy Mortgage and inspector Tom Wieke were awesome as well.
Description of Work: Mark and Clausen were great!! Buying my first home was a challenge but they were awesome every step of the way. They listened to what I wanted, were responsive and referred me to Academy Mortgage who were great as well. Give them a call!!

+ -1 moreIt took many months to find a buyer. The short sale process is not fun but for me it was the best solution. Clausen took the time with me (on many occasions) to explain where we were in the process and my options. In the end, I was able to sell my home as a short sale at a price comparable to other comps in the area.
Description of Work: Clausen Ely and Results1Realty came through for me recently in a big way. With their help and guidance we were able to sell my home as a short sale. Clausen worked with me and the bank directly for many months to list my property in a way that let the Bank accept our first offer. His knowledge of the area and in the different types of sales enabled me to avoid a foreclosure. I would recommend anyone interested in buying or selling a house to contact Results1.
