+ -1 moreReliable was recommended through Jenny's cleaning and they were very responsive. They accomodated my tight schedule and showed up on time. The job was completed in 30 min. I thought the price was a bit high for 2 rooms and a staircase but it seems to be on par with other services.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets with professional steam cleaner. Removed stains and got it really clean.

+ -1 moreNot a pleasant encounter. They quoted $65 over the phone knowing what they had to do, i.e., clean one room with pet stains. They agreed. However, the first words out their mouth as the walked in the door was it'll cost $100 to get rid of the stains. I refused to pay any more since I told the owner over the phone exactly what I wanted done--and he quoted $65. Now they say well that was just an estimate and they won't know until they see the carpet that's fair except the owner never said any of that when he said $65. They low-balled me to get in the house and then jacked up the price. Sleazy guys-won't call then again.
Description of Work: Work was done fast and they were on time.

+ -1 moreTwo workers arrived to steam clean the steps and basement carpet. They moved our furniture and replaced it when they were done. They pretreated our stains. They suggested we not walk on the carpet or steps for 24 hours, so they set up a fan to help blow dry faster.
Description of Work: Our basement carpet and steps needed to be steam cleaned before Thanksgiving. I have seen Reliable Carpet's ad in our church bulletin so I gave them a call.

+ -1 moreRELIABLE ARRIVED ON TIME. THEY MOVED ALL THE FURNITURE. THEY PRE-TREATED MY CARPET FOR STAINS AND WENT TO WORK. THEY SPENT EXTRA TIME ON THE HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS AND STAINS. THEY ALSO SCOTCH GUARDED MY CARPETS SO MY PARTY WOULD NOT CREATE ADDITIONAL STAINS. THE CARPET LOOKED BEAUTIFUL WHEN THEY WERE DONE.
Description of Work: MY CARPETS WERE IN DESPERATE NEED OF A THOROUGH CLEANING. I WAS HAVING A LARGE HOLIDAY PARTY AND MY CARPETS WERE A MESS. I CALLED RELIABLE AND THEY SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR ME AT MY CONVENIENCE. THEY WERE ABLE TO COME IN THE EVENING SO I DID NOT HAVE TO TAKE A DAY OFF FROM WORK.
