Dealing with Reece Painting was a pleasure. He really worked with me on the price of the job and we both were very fair to each other. I helped any way I could to make it as smooth as possible. His tip on a discount for paint at a local store was very helpful. Very professional during the final walk through and would fix any small issue. Would definitely hire again for another project. I made an appointment to meet with Maurice to get an estimate to paint our townhouse. I was attracted to the special he posted on Angies list and mentioned it when we set up the appointment. He came to the house and after we gave him a tour, he told me that he could do the labor for the advertised special. We discussed a start date for the job and settled on October. My impression was that the meeting went well, so I was very surprised when he called me back five hours later and told me that he did not want the job. When I asked why, he said it was because he felt that my mother, who has done some amateur painting in the past, would be too tough a supervisor for him. My mom and I co-own the townhouse and we were both shocked and completely caught off guard by his comments. My mom had briefly mentioned that she had painted our bedrooms as kids during his visit, that was all. We both feel that this "reason" for suddenly not wanting to work with us makes no sense and is very unprofessional conduct on his part

Mr. Reece was an absolute pleasure to work with. Everything from his quick response time, reasonable pricing, to his meticulous attention to detail made him the perfect choice for painting our kitchen. We would absolutely hire him again! Thanks so much sir for a job well done!

Maurice Reese is always on time and ready to go. He takes good care of his equipment and tools. He is a careful painter and is very neat. This is the second job in two months and I am thinking about having him come back for another room.

My mother need to sell her condo to move into an assisted living home. After months on the market we talked her into removing her pink flowered wallpaper and have the place done in a neutral color. Reece Painting was hired by recommendation and within a week of the completion her place had a contract on it! I have a 2 story foyer with flowered wall paper that needed to be removed and painted. I remembered what a great job Reece Painting did for my mom's place that I didn't hesitate to call him. I was able to schedule it quickly and what a difference it has made! Mr. Reece was careful, clean, professional, and the work was done on schedule. He is coming back in a few weeks to do our kitchen.
