Called on Monday, was given an appointment the same day within hours of my call. My follow up appointment the next week was efficient and effective. I have not seen a mouse or droppings from mice or rats since! Canceled my other peat control company because they only treated, Raven focuses on prevention as well! Great company, great service!

Raven Termite and Pest Control has been professional and courteous from the minute I talked with them. They came out on a Saturday, which was the day after I called. They always call 30-40 minutes before they arrive, just like they say they will. Troy has been working with us to get rid of our very large carpenter ants. He sprayed and I haven't seen one since. I can highly recommend them.

Carl did an amazing job over 2 weeks setting the traps, providing the bait, and patiently waiting for the animals that terrorized our lawn. We didn't know until we planted a wild flower garden at the beginning of the pandemic, that we had groundhogs. Once the flowers grew, they ate most of the flowers. We tried to catch them ourselves, but Raven Termite and Pest Control got the job done for a reasonable price. Highly recommend if you have similar guests. Our flower garden and lawn are thriving now because of Carl and his team...thank you!

I heard squirrels in my attic. Carl from Raven Termite and Pest Control came and found a hole and a torn screen. He closed the hole and put in a new heavy screen all in the visit. He left a trap and returned a few days later to inspect and take the trap. Carl s work was great and efficient. I strongly recommend Raven.

My name is William Miller, III. I live in Severn, MD. Carl, an employee of Raven Termite and Pest Control, came to my house in a timely fashion. If all the Raven employees are like Carl, this has to be the best Pest Control company in the country. They make sure the job is done right and they give honest input and advice.

They tried hard to catch the pest(s) digging a huge hole by the front door but were unsuccessful with multiple attempts. They insisted there were multiple animals in the area, yet still could not catch anything.

They were quick, friendly, and extremely knowledgable! I was offered exactly the service I needed and was never charged a penny over that. The work was completed successfully with no further follow up visits necessary.

I actually had a Groundhog trapping and removal. I was told animal could be trapped within 72 hours and it was trapped with 6 hours. Very impressive! A professional who's very knowledgeable about his craft. A must hire.

Had a pesky groundhog. They were able to remove within a couple of days. No problems since.

Ravens employee Troy has been to our house last year, for European wasps and this year for mosquitoes. He goes Above and Beyond the service! Very hard worker and this company comes back, if the issue remains! We Highly recommend Raven!!
