Carl was Great. Friendly and very professional. Once he was told about the Squirrels in the attic problem and I decided to go with this company, he wasted no time getting started. He explained everything he was going to do. He set traps and returned as scheduled to check the traps for any squirrels. Once that process was done he cleaned/disinfect the attic insulation area and sealed the opening where the squirrels was entering. As of completion, I haven't heard any squirrels in my attic. Job well done Carl. Now I can have peaceful sleep.

Quick, efficient

Stay away from this company, they used to be great back in 2018 . Now not so much, back in 2018 they did great job and for a whole year I did not have pest problems, in 2021 everything changed. They sprayed my yard first time , I had worse spider and pest infestation, I called them and they said it should work better after the second spray, second spray done and same problem, note that each spray cost $$$, when I talked to their field technician he said that there is nothing they can do for me because I have trees, unless we remove the trees then I will always have the spiders and Pest infestation, I asked the technician why I am paying hundreds of dollars if they can not do anything about it? He did not have an answer and he did not seem to care. Also back in 2018 when I had a contract with them they installed Termite monitor stations and they charged me hundreds of dollars for those monitors and they said those monitors will be mine after one year contract, after one year I stopped the service and the contract with Ravens due to financial issues, and they left the monitors in place. I decided to have them back this year. When I asked to terminate the contract due to the bad service they provided this time, they asked to get back these monitors that they installed four years ago claiming they were not mine, then why did they leave them in my property for mote than two years after the first cancelation on 2018? and why did they charge all these $$$ when they installed them? Again, they used to be great but now, not so much.

Our property had a multitude of ground hogs that needed to be trapped and removed. We were impressed with Raven Termite and Pest Control's entire process. From the office staff, to emailed updates on service appointments and completed service with comments & photos, to our outstanding technician, Carl who was professional, knowledgable and hard working. Glad to have discovered this outstanding company!

I would like to say that I have a more relaxed feeling since Raven Termite & Pest Control showed up. After a rough covid year the critters decided to come inside my house. After having dealt with other companies I was told to call Raven and ask for Carl. Well thank you Lord! Carl came in armed and ready like Ghost Busters. He was polite and listened to my concerns and went right to work. He tracked down the points of entry, plugged the holes set the bait. He made recommendations and set up return appts. When he returned he bagged the critters and installed repair insulation (bought by me but I didn't know how to use it) that the critters had gnawed thru on the garage door. Mr. Carl made sure the pest problem was eliminated and I highly recommend him at Raven Termite and Pest Control.. Best job ever!!

The technician Carlton aka “Carl” went over the contract and their services. He was very professional; he even allowed me to walk the perimeter of the house with him while answering my questions. He was very knowledgeable and patient. While he was working, he noticed that I had a carpenter bee nibbling away on my wood underneath the deck. He noticed it because the bee left shavings of wood as evidence in my shrubs. He went the extra mile and got under the deck and sprayed for them and removed a couple of hornet nest as well. I am a fan and would recommend their company if you are looking for any pest control.

Our service representative Chris did an outstanding job of identifying the problem (hundreds of boxelder bugs gathered in clusters on the sunny sides of our house) and addressed the problem immediately. Within a few hours the bugs were gone. We were very satisfied and pleased with the service and will not hesitate to call on them again whenever the need arises.

We live in an old house that has been having major issues with mice. We called Raven because they came highly recommended. They sent a very nice man named Kris. He was very knowledgeable and had a multi-pronged approach to the problem. We had him come back a 2nd time right after their first visit because we realized the mice had gone upstairs and he was a good sport about coming back late afternoon on a Friday. They are not inexpensive but they seem to know what they are talking about.

This is a professional company. Customer service is great. My appt was confirmed. The inspector showed up on time and was knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
