Chris was always on time. I don't mean he came between 10 and 12. He came at ten!! He got rid of the mice and took care that all baits were secured from my dog. He also found two "holes" where the critters could have gotten in and sealed them, too.

Korey, the owner, came out to complete a required terminate inspection for my home purchase. Immediately, I could tell Korey was knowledgeable and had great customer service. He completed the inspection thoroughly, even going in the crawl spaces I am scared of. Korey found a couple of items that I could do myself to prevent pest from getting in. I can't give Raven a 5 since I did not receive treatment but I am definitely considering using his services (once I move in) for pest control based on his recommendations and the reasonable cost.

Raven was very prompt in assessing and recommending treatment for pest control issues in a 2-unit apartment building. The service was performed thoroughly and efficiently, and I am confident that they have adequately abated the pest control problem. The service provider returned a week after the initial service call to assess whether any additional treatment was required. They gave me a fair and honest assessment of whether ongoing treatment would be necessary thereafter, and they were extremely professional in all of my dealings with them. I spoke to the owner, Korey Keels, directly about the service that would be required. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I almost forgot what good service is truly like. Before even having the opportunity to experience their service level I found myself completely overwhelmed by the impressive customer service from the moment the technician arrived. They quickly identified my issue, as well as, the course of action needed to remedy it. I find their honest approach and knowledge level to be impressive beyond any of their large corporation competitors. The technician noticed that I have pets and took the time to explain their dedication to employing pet safe methods of pest control. I now have a service contract in place with them (which I strongly recommend) and for the first time since buying my home I no longer have to worry about the annoyance of bug and insect control. Long story short, this is one of the rare providers that you can believe in.

The technician diagnosed the priblem immediately and we saw action taken before he left. He was very friendly and took the time to answer any questions I had. He was very thorough and allowed me the time I needed with him.

We just had our inspection and treatment done yesterday. It's too soon to say if our mice problem is resolved. However, I will say that they came to our rescue promptly. They were very friendly, professional and thorough. So far, so good.
