Technician was arrived as scheduled and inspect inside and outside. He found wood destroying insect outside and was able to treat. He Carl Nixon was cordial and professional. He provided me an copy of the report that I needed to refinance my home. I see why the company is highly rated. I hope I never get the carpenter bee ever.

He answered numerous questions I had and immediately located the problem 30 feet up on the side of my home where the squirrel entered my attic. He took pictures and provided them to me in an email. I had checked around and obtain quotes and thank God for Home Advisor who match me up with Raven Termite & Pest Control. Carl explained the work that needed to be done and installed the cage. I am all set up to get rid of the squirrel. He returned in 2 weeks when I confirmed I no longer here the squirrel, removed the cage and sealed the hole. I am squirrel free. Carl also followed up with pictures of the completed work. I definitely would recommend this business.

Knowledgeable and professional. Out-smarted the squirrels from continuing to take up residence in our attic, which is not easy to do. Worked cooperatively with our roofing company during the installation of a new roof---unrelated to the squirrel control situation. Company keeps its appointments and kept us informed.

The tech came out to explain everything to us and discuss pricing. He came out for 3 different services to make sure everything was taken care of. He was knowledgable and thorough.

Very honest and professional

This is the first time hiring a rodent control company. Time will tell if the pest controls will keep the mice, skinks, spiders,crickets & any other vermin out in the future. Pest controls meaning sheet metal placed in cracks in basement cracks in wall. I would hire them again if I have problems with insect & spider pests in the summer.

Raven Termite & Pest control set up an appointment promptly and Carl came and found the solution to fix our squirrels problem in the attic. Carl set up traps in the attic, repaired the opening where the squirrels used to get inside the attic and he sprayed the attic with a sterilization agent. He was prompt and knew what he was doing. Raven responded immediately after I contacted them through HomeAdvisor. The appointment was set up quickly. The technician (Carl) was prompt, knowledgeable pleasant. He explained Raven's approach to my squirrelly problem, and the pricing structure, thoroughly and clearly. He inspires confidence that the job will get done effectively & efficiently. He picks up and resets the traps every day, per the agreement, and posts progress updates daily via email (including photos) and through Raven's customer portal. After the trapping period is over, he will seal point at which the squirrels are getting in, and I willll be back here to finish my review!

Raven s agent was completely honest if me. The scope of the work needed for them to complete their job would be to costly for me. A contractor would need to take the floor up on my deck for them to reach the foundation to be able to do the job properly. Raven is the only company that decline the job. Because they would not be able to guarantee the work. I completely recommend them for any job you have.
