This company was very thorough in its initial estimate, as well as during subsequent visits to our property. Carl was punctual for all visits and consistently called us when he was 30 minutes away to let us know he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable, well-rounded in his expertise, and was very personable to me and my entire family. Their extermination of voles in our backyard was successful and we had nothing but a positive experience. We would use Raven again and highly recommend this company to anyone else!

We worked with Carl, and he was very personable and knowledgeable of our issues. Carl, provided us with a great setup and took into account the fact that we have two small and curious children. To that end Carl made sure that our children were safe from the treatment but still made sure that we got rid of any rodents on our property. We ended up catching one mouse and that was the end of the situation. I can not recommend Raven Termite and Pest Control enough. They scheduled quickly and provided excellent service.

Kami, who scheduled the appointment, told me from the beginning that they would take care of my problem (squirrels in my attic). Carl was the best. Carl Nixon of Raven Pest control did an excellent job with my particular situation. I had a dead bird stuck in my chimney which was drawing flies into my house. Carl assessed the situation and applies a pesticide that got rid of all of the flies. Carl then followed up for two weeks to make sure the job was completed and no flies remained. I would fully recommend Raven Pest Control. Efficient and professional.

They have been very easy to work with, and have responded in a timely manner. They have caught one of the ground hogs so far, but hopefully the female will be apprehended soon.

Good guy, called when he was 20 mins out saw the bird leave the location and blocked the area. Bird had a full nest in my dryer vents so he even came inside the home and pulled the nest out. Not a hard job but never the less not one I can complain about. I can sleep in peace now

Carl provided me with excellent service he came out provided an estimate and explained what work needed to be done. He returned to do the work and removed all the birds and nesting and provided pictures. I would recommend this service for anyone having bird issues at their home.

The Raven Termite and Pest Control team from Baltimore were outstanding. I called to schedule an appointment for inspection on Wednesday, the inspection occurred the next day on Thursday and the installation of the bird control hardware occurred on Tuesday. Carl and Kris were very professional, extremely competent and friendly. 5 stars Strongly recommend.
