With professionalism, a sense of urgency, and kindness, the crew at R&G installed a new heating and AC system in our home after a carbon monoxide leak alerted us to the fact that the unit needed to be replaced. Since we are first time homeowners and have only been in the house for 7 months, the thought of having to replace an entire HVAC system (which was probably almost 30 years old!) was overwhelming. Fortunately for me and my husband, we found R&G Heating & Cooling. R&G worked with us on a fair price and thoroughly explained what the issues were and what they were going to be doing and how long it would take. They also gave us some helpful insights about how to do the job as efficiently as possible without sacrificing quality. Three workers from R&G promptly came out to our house and had the old unit and duct work out and a new unit up and running within two days. Everyone from R&G who came through our house to work on the system was friendly, always had a smile on their face and laughter to share, and kept us updated about the status of the job throughout. We even trusted them wholeheartedly with a key to our house and had no reservations about it! A coworker of mine was in a similar situation about a month ago and was in the cold for almost 2 weeks while she and her family waited for the installation of a new unit (not sure who they used), so a two day turnaround for us was surprising and fantastic.
