They are honest and stand by their work. I called him for an issue long after the installation, and they did not charge me..... even though I did not recognize it to be their responsibility.

Along with installing a new water heater, plumber also installed new upstairs showerhead, and checked faucet in kitchen and 1st floor showerhead for buildup. Plumber was friendly and willing to answer any questions/concerns that I had. Will definitely keep in mind for future plumbing issues.

I thought it was a bit expensive but the quote was similar to another for the same work.

I had planned on getting 3 estimates. I knew this was going to be a pretty big job. Andy happened to be the first company out. After he looked the job over and gave me an estimate I was very comfortable with him so I went and hired him on the spot.He is very down to earth. Both him and Andrew did a great job. You wonâ t go wrong hiring this man. Btw he is a very hard worker..
