I have been a customer of Pro-Lawn Plus for over 20 years. The company does exceptional lawn maintenance and other related work, has wonderful, responsive customer service, and the President, Mark Schlossberg, is truly an expert on lawn care, as he majored in agronomy in college.

They showed up on the day they said they would. They seem knowledgeable about lawn care and weeds. Our front lawn looks great, the back will need a few more treatments as it had weeds in it.

They do a pretty good job. They are pretty regular. It takes anywhere from a half hour to an hour to do the work. I think it is usually just one person that comes out to do the work. I am usually not here when they do it.

Lawn looks better with this service than without. We have many weeds though that ProLawn can not get rid of with their treatment.

Pro Lawn Plus came out several times to treat our yard before winter and once so far in the new year. Our yard is looking better than it did and promises to look far better once spring rolls in and new growth happens. They did a soil analysis and recommended treatment options based on that. We did have a previous lawn company that we stopped using as their treatments were less effective and despite extra visits the weeds were still present. Pro-Lawn Plus has done a great job and we are happy with their service. We really like the fact that they are locally owned and operated. When we called to discuss/set up service, they really listened to what we said as opposed to assuming what we were going to say then offered several options with no pressure to commit at that moment. They have also checked in with us requesting feedback to ensure we are happy with their service.

Hired this firm for 2 seasons. Crab grass issue did not improve and seeding deficient as well. Promised spot seeding for thin and bare areas never occurred. That was last straw and cause for me to terminate account.

very well. no complaints. Still early with the contract, so next year will hopefully show results.

We are a new customer who chose Pro Lawn Plus last Fall after our lawn was damaged by grubs. Although we have only had 3 lawn treatments to date, we are very pleased with the results and the company. The staff has been very responsive to all my concerns and questions and is very professional in all departments from sales to consulting to scheduling to the technician himself who applies the product. We look forward to aerating and reseeding next month and a beautiful new lawn next year.

My lawn needed a lot of work and there has been a great improvement since Pro-Lawn has been providing care.

I think they've done a great job. Getting them on the phone is very easy and they came back to redo a treatment because they put one down on basically a rainy wet morning. They've been very responsive to questions and request like to redo, that kind of thing. They have been really good. They came but there was no charge and they did a weed kill and it seems to be working. I think their prices was reasonable. They talked to me about the entire process and overall it has been a good experience.

I contacted them, they contacted me and we scheduled a time for the work. They never showed up and I called them and reschedued, but they still never showed up.

We like them. So far, our impression is that they are very professional. Our lawn looks great. The price is reasonable. The price was for a year's contract. We would absolutely continue to use them in the future.

I have had a year-long contract with them for the past few years and will continue doing so for the foreseeable future. In short, these guys are great! I don't know anything about lawn care besides for the basic mowing. After a year or 2 in our new house the lawn was not looking too healthy. Our neighbor had some invasive weeds that had taken over their entire lawn and was conquering ours. We had bare patches with no grass for no apparent reason and other unsighlty stuff, all the while having a crew who took good care of the all the mowing and hedges. So I walked around the neighborhood and found someone with a real healthy looking lawn and he told me he used these guys so I gave them a call. The people who came to look at the property did a thorough walkthrough of our property and explained about all the different issues going on in our lawn. The outlined a specific plan to address them and explained it would take until the next growing cycle until I would really notice the difference. I thought it was just a sales gimmick, but I signed a year contract anyway because I certainly wasn't going to do it myself and was looking for a turn-key company that did everything and did it well. Sure enough, after about 6-7 months of them coming out often (I never called them, but they always left detailed notes and brochures after each visit about the treatments), the transformation became quite noticeable and soon thereafter the weeds were gone, the bare spots had filled in and the grass had a strong healthy sheen. I have a large front lawn on a corner lot on a busy intersection, and I get compliments all the time about how nice my lawn looks and it is thank to these guys. I also really appreciate the company's honesty and integrity. They have many products and additional services and they have never tried to upsell me when I ask about them, as they say they are not needed for my lawn, In addition, the few times I called them because of a weed breakout, they were over within 24 hours and took care of the problem, sometimes requiring multiple visits, always at no fee - it is all included with the standard contract. In short, they are professional lawn care expert, both in name and service.

After he finished I still had to come out and ask questions about the details of my service and what exactly the service included. Even when I called the office to confirm the appt. I still was in the dark as far as what to expect and how the landscaping service worked. Once I understood what was happening I felt better and I would recommend the service but I wish they were more personable especially for rookie customers like myself.

I sent email from the website and received call back from Mark the owner. He's came to my house the next day and provided a detailed written estimate. Mark is very knowledgeable about the industry. I agreed to price and within same week his team began first treatment. So far I'm impressed...

I asked for and received an estimate for several lawn treatments and an overseeding. I received a through estimate for all services to be performed. Only problem was the estimate was 20% more than the company I eventually decided to use.

Is going well. Lawn looks much better and they are careful and responsive. Knowledgeable and do not over treat with chemicals.

The called me to schedule the treatment. They were here on 11/20/13 as promised at 8:00 a.m. They treated my front and back lawn and left. They have actually been treating my lawns since April 2012. There is such a great difference since their treatments. My lawn is more greener and a lot healthier than every before. I love their service.

We didn't use them but they were very prompt and professional with their estimate. They called me back and they were honest in their delivery. They even said that I can go ahead to check around and so they gave me a guy off the street to call.

The first time I called them, they didn't call me back. When I called them again, I decided to go with them but was not happy with their services after the 2 appointments. To their credit, they have refunded my money. I think there was just a communication breakdown. My lawn just doesn't look as good as I think it should.

The group is professional, courteous, and what I was really after...locally owned. Services seem to do what they should as our lawn has looked better since we started with this company. Seamless. They take care of the lawn when it is called for, I get the bill. Perfect. Also offer a small discount for annual payment up front.

they offer general updates on the conditions in the region, not so much about my lawn. They do not provide an assessment of the efficacy of their treatment; they treat according to schedule and then leave. They rely upon me to tell them what is working and what is not. They communicate via telephone instead of email that is targeted. They are generally responsive when called. The top managers at the company are very knowledgeable. I have no insight into the knowledge levels of the individuals that show up to do the service.

I don't think my lawn looks any better then before they started. I have just as many weeds and brown spots as everybody else on my street. In some cases I have more weeds then those who do nothing. I for all they have done my lawn is not very drought tolerate. I would say a good 50% of my lawn is brown and dead. I will most likely not renew with them.

First contact 7/2/2013, no response. Figured it was near the holiday, so I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Contacted them again 7/11/2013...still no answer. Very disappointing.
