Simply outstanding! Over more than 10 years of working with Charles and the team at PPM, there has been literally nothing these guys can't handle. They have helped us with placement and vetting, problem tenants, repairs of all types, even full rehabs. Owning up to eight units at once, they've done it all for us, and as an out-of-state investor who can't do anything "hands on" due to distance, it's not too much to say I literally couldn't have run my real estate business with the folks at Premier Property. HIGHLY recommended to landlords and investors alike.
