He also actively supervises his workers, and when needed works with them. He has extensive experience and cares about quality of his work and customer satisfaction. He communicates by e-mail and phone. If he makes a promise, he keeps it, without needing reminders. Any omisions in the work when pointed-out are quickly and appropriately handled. He is responsive to cautions about landscaping and worked successfully to avoid damage to plants and ponds. He and his crews are professional, polite, respectful AND they carefully clean up after themselves. His fees are about 8-10% above that of some other masonry contractors. He is well worth the extra cost.
