Description of Work: In 2003, my husband and I finally found the waterfront propertry of our dreams. That is, the property, not the structure. We would not put an offer on the property unless the Penzas could guarantee that they could transform it. Transform it they did! It has even been featured on the HGTV program. We plan on building our ultimate dream home in the next few years and will most surely use the Penzas again.
