 + -1 moreMy son said it was a nightmare dealing with these folks. They "forgot" to place the order and my son tried to cancel the order, but they wouldn't accept the cancellation or refund his money! They promised to add chocolates and extra roses, but never added them to the order. I am more upset for my son than not getting the flowers on my brithday.
Description of Work: My son ordered flowers to be delivered to my work on my birthday 11/12/13. They actually did not show up until 11/13/13 at 3:42PM in the afternoon, which they promised to deliver them first thing in the morning. They didn't deliver them to my work, but left them on the front step of my home!
