Description of Work: Electricians were very professional, knowledgeable, and completed all work promptly. They were very considerate and courteous when entering our home. They were very careful not to track mud from the work site into our home.

Description of Work: Scheduled an appointment a week in advance. The guy never showed up. I called several times and was told: 1) he's on his way (when he was an hour and a half late); 2) he's stuck in traffic and will be there in 20 minutes (when he was two and a half hours late); 3) we don't know where he is (when he was three hours late); and 4) we still don't know where he is (when he was three and a half hours late). After this last response we cancelled the appointment after having taken off time from work to sit at home and wait for them. Ridiculous. Don't use these guys unless you feel like sitting around your house all day and having nobody show up. Stay away!!!
