Description of Work: Stripped off old roof from townhouse, replaced some plywood, installed new roof, new fan, and new gutters and downspouts. Job was completed in a very short amount of time. My neighbor told me that there were many men on the job at once. They came around 7:00 a.m. and were gone before noon! Prior to contracting with the company, I was told that the workers all are employees and not subcontractors and have worked for the company for a long time. I was pleased to know this. The representative assured me that the workmanship would be excellent, and I accepted this as true. I gave the grade of "B" for "quality," not for quality of workmanship, but for quality of materials because I believe that there are better shingles than the ones I have.

Description of Work: Assessed leak & state of roof & underlying wood. Provided new gutters, surrounds to stand pipes from toilets (source of leak), repaired concrete top to chimney. Advised didn't need total new roof for a few years yet.
