It went well. The roofers were done in 1.5 days and were very neat and professional. The owners called to check in throughout the two-day period. Andrew, Emily, and Brandon were great to work with.

All three assignments were performed on time and on budget with strong and effective coordination between the contractor and myself from the time of soliciting the quotation through the time of post-completion walk-through. What was remarkable about the first assignment, namely the gutters, is that I was an out of town buyer working at a distance with a contractor in my new community of Pikesville, MD. The level and quality of communication more than offset the challenge of distance. What was remarkable about the second assignment (the chimney masonry) was how quickly this complex job was performed and the aesthetic improvement that was immediately noticeable. The roof-work was by far the most costly of the projects, and it deserves a more detailed review, so let me excerpt from the commendation letter I sent to the company: "The roof job was masterfully done, from the quotation process in which you explained every factor to both my wife and me, to the planning process in which the date was set to do the job, and to the execution of the job in which your site-supervisor (Srully) was a perfect extension of your presence, your workers were totally focused upon perfection and completion, and you refused to let me pay you the final payment before our Sabbath because you deemed the job incomplete unless and until you perform your own walk-through. I need to offer a special compliment to your office support, Emily, who was the ideal conduit and “practical face” of the company at various times." Obviously, I'm a "happy camper" and I would love to supplement this note with responding to calls seeking reference checks. The "approximate cost of service" question below is answered in regard to only the roof.

The whole process from start to finish was wonderful. The salesman, office personel and the workers were all professional and easy to do business with. I would definitely refer this company to anyone who is in need of a new roof.

All goals were accomplished correctly and with an eye to make the project enhance the outside appearance of my house. All the workers were always available to answer any of my concerns in a most courteous manner. The owner was always available to check the progress of the project and the quality of the workmanship. I appreciated Mr. Elgamil's willingness to go over all my concerns no matter how trivial they might have seemed. I am a truly happy customer.

Andrew did great job scoping and explaining the project, and managing the project through completion and follow-up; he promptly and fully addressed minor adjustments. Israel beat best competitive price and also visited the site during project performance; he was a pleasure. Emily did great job in scheduling and coordinating communications; also, a pleasure. Crew was excellent and professional; they were prompt, focused, efficient and meticulous. All in all, a great experience. Moreover, the roof looks fantastic!

The project went off very smoothly, Park Heights Roofing arrived on time and the crew worked diligently and professionally until the roof was complete that afternoon. They did an excellent job. The roof looks great and all flashing was installed in a manner that will last for years - an all around great job.

I spent a fair amount of time on the roof with the workers who were highly skilled and payed close attention to detail. Work was done quickly and precisely. One year later and the roof has been excellent. No buckling or issues whatsoever. Work site was left clean. They just finished a complimentary check of the roof after one year which was predictably all good. Phone calls have always been responded to promptly and courteously. Definately a company I would use again and recommend to others.

Because of an extremely rainy spring, Park Heights had to be very flexible in scheduling. But they managed to do the work as quickly as possible under the circumstances. install was fast.they even repaired a torn window screen, damaged from the old roof removal at no charge.there was one roof tile that needed tacking after the install.response was quick. the project mgr's were polite and professional.

The company replaced the complete siding on our house. They were very quick, efficient, and did excellent work.. It only took 2 weeks from the initial decision to call them to having completed all the work. They came back later to make sure that everything had been done and did some extra work that had not been in the original contract. In August 2007 they replaced our roof and ensured that all leaks had been completely fixed. They made sure that the flashing around the chimney was correctly sealed. In 2013 they fixed the gutters and eaves and replaced them completely. I would recommend Park Heights Roofing without any hesitation and would call them again for any future work. I would also suggest that my children use them.

they were clean, efficient and did an excellent job. the original work was done more than 5 years ago, but when a problem developed they came back to my house promptly and took care of the problem with no questions asked - an outstanding performance!

Highly recommend park heights roofing, great customer service, all work and repairs done in a timely and efficient manner!

The roofers arrived early at 7:30 AM and proceeded to remove the old shingles down to the deck. Then they proceeded to follow all of the work items delineated in the contract e.g., installation of ice and water shield, felt base sheet, new drip edges, chimney flashings, GAF Cobra Roll ridge etc. After stripping the roof they did find that we needed replacements for the rotted wood which they did mention in the contract ahead of time so came as no surprise. After the entire roof was stripped and wood replaced, they installed our shingles. They worked almost non-stop for about 12 hours and completed the entire roof in one day! After completion, they removed all debris from our premises. We were told that our gutter work would be done the following Monday and it was! Everything went according to plan and as detailed in the contract. As far as a personal comment, I find it difficult in today's environment to find people who you can trust and have that sometimes elusive quality of integrity. I am happy to say, that I found Park Heights roofers to have both. Not only the company in general, but our direct contact, Andrew. From the first meeting to the final payment, he was there. He answered all my questions and was considerate of our unique needs. I originally found this company on the internet and was impressed with their many accolades.
