We had a snow storm that weekend, almost 20" of snow. Wouldn't you know it, our heat pump stopped working over night. The next morning, I put in a ServiceMagic request and 2 hours later, Allen at Paramount called me. He came over within the hour and by 1pm, our heat was working again. Thanks, again, Allen!
