Description of Work: Complete dig out and remodel of basement, insulation of entire row home, built in cabinets, new bath, redone floors, rewired entire home, brought home into code compliance, and a multitude of other jobs to make our home perfect!

Description of Work: They removed the formstone on the front refinished the patio and replace with blue stone. They also installed sliding barn doors on my closet.

Description of Work: Removed existing rooftop deck, replaced existing roo with rubber roof, resurfaced upper roof, added new deck with Trex decking, added Azek railing, removed and replaced 14 windows, removed and replaced outside cornice, removed and added Hardie siding, replaced decking flooring and railing on princess, bedroom and patio decks, added faux slate tile to mansard roof, painted interior house and outside trim, added Azek trim around roof and siding.

Description of Work: City Row home basement renovation. Dug down approx 3 ft, completed underpinning with moisture barrier, installed sump pump, new stairs.

Description of Work: Ozcorp built us a roofdeck, which included submitting permits and drawings, some demolition, construction and cleanup. We purchased the house with a deck but the home inspection showed it to be unstable, so we had the prior owner tear down the top deck on the roof. They left us the 2nd floor deck off the back of the house. Ozcorp replaced the decking on the 2nd floor, shored up the structural posts and replaced our out-of-code powerline post. They then did new wood stairs, no spirals here, and the larger deck on the roof.

Description of Work: We hired OzCorp to remodel our kitchen. They first ripped out the old cabinets and flooring, and unfortunately, we were infested with termites. Even the floor joists had to be removed. They replaced the flooring, lower cabinets and countertops and did a beautiful job. They also replaced the back door and window and repaired water-damaged drywall.

Description of Work: Steve and his team at OzCorp could not have been a better group of people to work with. We purchased a home in need of MAJOR renovations, had 3 other contractors bid it out, and chose who we thought was going to do the best work. This was a 203(k) project with the contractor getting no money up front, so a week before closing the contractor we chose decided to back out. Our realtor told us to give Steve a call, and in 2 days he gave us a new bid, answered every email or call from our mortgage company insanely fast, and is the main reason why we got to closing on time. He cleared his schedule and started working on our home the Monday after our Friday closing date, with a deadline of 5 weeks to complete the project. His two main guys (Mike and Jeremy) were awesome. Mike did a lot of the work to start, and Jeremy/Andy came in in the last few weeks to help knock out the heavy stuff. All three were great. They had an "apprentice" helping out one day who installed beadboard under our half bath and also did an excellent job. You just can't go wrong with them. They completely tore down our covered front porch and rebuilt from the ground up. They ripped up every inch of flooring and put in hardwoods and tile in the bathroom. They converted a full bath off the kitchen to a half bath/laundry room to give us a larger kitchen. Installed high end kitchen cabinets and granite including an island. Repaired all our gutters and downspouts, and even put a concrete trench in the front where a gutter couldn't go. They closed off a crawlspace from the elements, putting a vapor barrier and gravel down and insulating the basement and our pipes so they don't freeze. When finishing the half bath they realized there was no insulation in the ceiling (an old addition to the house that was done poorly) so they took the ceiling off, adding insulation and putting new ceiling up at no cost! All the proper permits were pulled, inspections signed off on; highly professional. They did little things like add new towel bars in the bathrooms even though they were not on the bid. They did much more work then mentioned here, I just can't think of it all right now. Oh, and they finished a few days BEFORE the deadline. How many contractors can you say that about?!?!
