Steve first power washed the house, in the process 3 screens got damaged and need to be rescreened. Steve and his assistant replaced the roof on the shed, it really looks good. They also replaced the bad trim which also looks much better. Now the parge job is a different story. Steve removed the old concrete and put up screen wire to apply the concrete over. Steve also capped the outside wall. The parge job was done on the inside and outside to the area way to the basement, except for one section that Steve said he could not do because the cement would not stick and left the wire exposed. Steve said he could finish it if we gave him a job to paint the concreate and fix a window which had rotted trim around it. Also the railing was not put back up and he left all the waste from the job behind my shed. I had to haul about 10 bags of waste to the dump. I should have gotten someone who does concrete work for a living. I will need to have someone to come out and complete the job left incomplete. Steve also said he would powerwash around my pool for free, I decided not to take him up on it. I would recommend using Angie's list and not going off of someone's recommendation.
