I needed to replace a failed garage door opener. Brandon at New Look recommended a new Liftmaster device that met my needs at a reasonable price and came to my home next business day. They removed the old system and installed the new in about an hour. Super satisfied with the quality of their work and the new door opener. 10 of 10 would recommend to anyone in my situation.

A nightmare. Hired to replace damaged garage door. Brandon out to my home on three occasions. Molding and rubber trim off Bowing, gaps , misalignments, Not currently using garage door because I can not stand to see rubber trim mangled every time garage door opens or closes. I challenge the company president, owners, lawyers, accountants, secretaries, anyone with good vision to visit my property to see the finished product. I was threatened by Brandon that if I did not provide a good review his company would hear from their lawyers. Send your lawyers and their investigators. If they have a pulse and relatively good vision they will understand why I do not respond to threats. As I told Brandon I do not need a friend. I want quality work. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars in home renovations. I know quality work when I pay for it. Threatening to have your lawyers contact resident for unacceptable work never a good loo

Worked with me to get a new insulated garage door that looks identical to my current one and re-used my existing hardware since it was the same part numbers, saving me money and having it fit within my budget!

For the past few years my garage door would sometimes get stuck when opening during freezing temps. I tolerated it, gave it a nudge and kept on going. This time it got stuck right when it started closing and nothing I did would get it to close. I immediately searched for someone to repair it. Brandon was lightning fast and responded to my request for a quote within minutes. About an hour later he and Jeremy arrived. They were very friendly and professional. They checked everything out and, as I suspected, the old stretched out springs needed to be replaced. Brandon called one of his suppliers and they were able to get the parts and fix the door right away.

Got a very good price and Brandon answered my many questions well. He was also able to work well with my schedule. I had the garage door torsion springs replaced and the replacement springs he purchases are not the basic 10K cycle, but 25K cycle which you will likely pay extra for with other companies.

Firstly, I want you all to know that I rarely take the time to write such a long review. Usually, I will just write a sentence or two. But I was totally thrilled with this installer! Absolutely the highest quality. Absolutely the best bang for your buck. He was honest, And forthcoming. I just needed to replace my motor. They bought a reasonably priced motor for me. Brand new. And it works like a charm. Mine is a chain motor as that was my choice. I wanted to be economical because I donâ t have money to splurge On some Fancy motor. He personally guarantees it for 4 1/2 years. And he did not up-charge me For getting the motor. He told me that if I wanted to add a wireless keypad outside the garage, I could just go and buy one, And it would be Easy to program it. He could have simply gotten it and installed it for a significant amount of money, but he didnâ t, They were courteous, had personality!, Very flexible in their scheduling, they were quick with their installation. And cleaned up perfectly after themselves. I would highly highly recommend Using this Installer. And I did my research. So if you want quality work, Reasonably priced equipment, and excellent service, this is the best installer for you. My mother always said, make good choices, and You receive good consequences.
