+ -1 moreWithin 45 minutes Tim had it working and up to speed. It was working faster than it ever has been before. He told me exactly what he was doing and made sure I was able to go through the whole process several times. When he was confident that I was good to go, he left. He was excellent. I had another computer company come out previously and they made a mess of my computer. I was thinking I was going to have to buy a new computer but Tim saved me from that.
Description of Work: It was a house call. My computer was being slow and taking forever to get from one program to another.

+ -1 moreOverall the job was good. I liked their honesty because they told me that my old computer wasn’t repairable. They said that some of the computers they had were still on sale with the Christmas price. I would use their services again in the future.
