MTO Clean of Baltimore

Very well. I was so amazed at what they accomplished in that time. Things were impeccably cleaned. About 6 mo later I had another company for the same amount of time and the difference in service was noticeable. MTO was easy enough to schedule with and did a fantastic job. They cleaned areas that the other place didn't touch. They made things shine the way they hadn't since they were new. I wish I could afford to have them here every month. Worth every penny!

They did a very good job. I thought they would be vacuuming from the ducts. They had to cut into my system and I was very hesitant. Others need to know that this may need to be done.

It went well. They clean most of my house very well!

This is my 3rd or 4th time using MCO Clean and it's always gone well. The ladies are professional and very thorough. I had our kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, floors), foyer, and 2.5 bathrooms cleaned. It took about 2 hrs or so and everything was sparkly afterward.

Again an amazing company. We have used them for more then 2 years now and have never had an issue or complaint. They are flexible with the days and hours and are always on time and always do an excellent job. As a mom to an 18 month old and another on the way they help me out so much. I honestly don't know what I would do with out them! Highly recommended

They need be more detail oriented by cleaning in the corners and being more thorough.

They did a great job. Showed up in anticipated time frame, got right to work with minimal direction. The outcome was amazing. Given I limited their time to that which was offered in the deal, they did a fantastic job. I was convinced they'd not be able to hit all the rooms but I was amazed. Very impressed and if the money is to be found, I'll hire MTO Clean again in a heartbeat! What a load off!

The employees of MTO Clean showed up on time, were extremely professional, and did a great job. I tipped each one of them because they deserved it. There were no hidden fees and the office personnel were great about emailing me a reminder ahead of time and calling me back to verify the cost before my credit card was charged. I will definitely use them again.

Hector and his team were great! I called on Tuesday for a clean I needed done by Friday. They were able to get me into their schedule and even showed up for the job a little early. The cleaning was thorough and efficient. I already have plans to use their services again.

The provider was very quick to respond via email and was flexible in setting up a date to meet my needs. They arrived right on time and did a great job.

They were wanting to add more maids but decrease the hours. I wanted the full hours. After they did the work there was still dust in the bathroom top wall.

It didn't go as well as hoped or expected. The people showed up on time, which was great. The company told my daughter that to deep clean a 1500 foot apartment it would take 6 person hours, for which they sent three people. They worked for less than 90 minutes. Unfortunately, the deep cleaning was inadequate. First, when they vacuumed they didn't move any furniture. they didn't move dining room chairs, living room furniture, nothing. When they moved things on counters they never put things back. My daughter found items all over the place and far from where they were originally located. She said her kitchen counters were not cleaned well. when she ran her hands over the counter she found sticky food still on the counter. she said they did wipe baseboards but they were poorly done and incomplete. she said they dusted only part of her bedframe. she found these issue with in a couple of minutes of checking. I am sure there is more. My daughter had hoped that they would be good so that she could set up regular cleaning. That is not now going to happen.

Three women came and worked efficiently as a team. Since I paid for 3 hours, the manager of the company stated that if 3 cleaners are sent, you essentially pay for an hour of cleaning. Fortunately, the cleaners were able to finish in an hour. The reason why I won't use them again is that it was a challenge to get a scheduled time for housecleaning within a week of contacting the company. The company was very responsive and emailed me when a last minute cancellation popped up. But, I was looking for a weekly cleaning service and I did not feel confident that they would be able to guarantee the same day every week for my cleanings. Otherwise, the cleaning crew did a good job.

The cleaning agents were punctual, efficient and friendly. They did a great job cleaning my house. My hardwood floors shine! They did such a great job they come twice a month now.

It went well, but my wife had to catch them before they left to come back in to clean the inside of the frig and a few minor things that was listed in the details of things they were suppose to do. I suggest they have a check list for their employees. I highly recommend them.

Great service and very responsible and service.

All the services have been excellent and all the employees are very friendly. They arrive on time and work hard to get everything done. My husband recently purchased a new office space and we were going to replace the existing carpets due to their condition. After MTO cleaned the carpets, all the stains were removed and they looked brand new.

They are very friendly and professional. I had an issue one time and they responded quickly and professionally to correct the issue. They are very thorough cleaners. It's always a pleasure to come home after they have cleaned. Highly recommended!

It went really well. They arrived on time and they did a pretty quick job in the 2 hours that they were here. They were nice and very friendly. I have kids and they were nice to the kids. I think the price was reasonable.

I purchased a voucher for cleaning. This was the first time I had my home cleaned by a company so I was unsure of what to expect. i knew that with the voucher not everything could be done so I went over my 'must haves' when I scheduled the appointment and with the two ladies that came out to clean. They were able to get every one of my 'must haves' done, and whip down my kitchen and dust too. I recently had my home cleaned by another company, and MTO provided better service (prompt response to set up appointment, communication about scheduling changes by email and phone, follow up) and cleaned my home better (actually scrubbed the floors, got into corners).

They charged $165 for the first cleaning, and then $125 for the second 2 cleanings. They were very responsive and punctual.
