Mr. Rooter

Richard was my plumber. He was exceptional! He didn't try to upsell or add on. He explained everything before and during the replacement of my laundry sink and washer faucets, and added hot and cold shut off valves. He caught and replaced my washer hose that had a huge bubble in it, just waiting to burst. He answered all questions professionally and respectfully.

Honest, efficient, quality work by Phillip V. of Mr Rooter Plumbing. We had several companies provide estimates and pricing to repair our outside faucet. Each company insisted that they would have to cut the interior drywall to fix issue. Mr Rooter Plumbing fixed this issue in minutes and without having to cut into our wall and at a fraction of the cost of the other companies. Also, our technician was the only one to ask us to turn on the water to diagnose the issue! Definitely would use Mr. Rooter Plumbing again!

I received a call and same day service after not having a functional kitchen sink or dishwasher for over a week. Vinton came out in a timely manner and I was called ahead of time to be informed of his arrival. He was here for a few hours and got everything working again. I would certainly recommend them since I know I will be using their services again if and when needed. Thanks Mr. Rooter!

Experience was good, they were professionals but a little over priced.

My water heater (propane) was making a lot of noise and had me very concerned. Franz from Mr Rooter was able to get a tech out within the hour to evaluate and give me an estimate and no service fee. My water heater was replaced the following day, tech Joe Nicholson did an amazing job, he was courteous, professional and I couldn’t have asked for a better representative for Mr Rooter. Thank you for a job well done!!!

Nate was courteous, knowledgeable and on time. He even helped us out by offering a coupon we didn’t know about. When I went online to research our options, Mr. Rooter responded immediately and came out the same day. Not only was it a Sunday but it was also Father’s Day and they didn’t charge extra. Could we have found someone cheaper? Probably, but we had the faucet all ready to be installed and then ran into complications such that we realized my husband wasn’t going to be able to finish installation and they were ready and willing to help us out. We’d definitely use them again.
