I went through Angies List. Mr. Rooter called back right away. They sent a tech at no charge to give estimate. I didn't wait an hpur before I got an email with the Plumber's picture and name of who would be coming to my house- a nice security precaution I wish other companies would practice... Mr. Benjamin Turner arrived soon there after. He was polite and professional and uniformed in a marked truck. He looked at my equipment and his estimate wss lower than the two other companies. He struck me as an honest workman so I went with him and am glad I did. He worked qietly and efficiently. Took electronic payment on his iPAD, practiced social distancing and wore a mask the whole time and booties over his work shoes. All in all excellent. I would call upon again.

Repair person should up on time and cleaned up after himself. Company provides photo verification for personnel coming to the residence. I will use this company again.

Fabulous. So seamless. Someone came over to check the water heater and give me an estimate for putting in a new one. I decided to go with them, so the next day they came with the new heater, and in two hours, it was done. Beautiful job, no mess, courteous plumbers. A thoroughly pleasant experience.
